Headcanon: the reason kinder eggs are banned in the U.S. is because once Gilbert (Prussia) gave Alfred (America) the chocolate egg. Being the dunce he is, he shoved the whole thing in his mouth - expecting chocolate. He began to choke on the toy and Arthur (England) and Gilbert had to perform Heimlich manoeuvre.
Because of this. Alfred's not allowed kinder eggs anymore.
