Marshall's P.O.V
Okay, I apologized to Fionna, she's probably the only person I would apologize to. She really means a lot to me.
Gumwad doesn't usually freak out like that, he's always all prim and proper... It's gross.
Fionna's P.O.V
So... uh. Marshall likes me... Not sure how I feel about this.
"Earth to Fionna." Gumball says.
I nearly fall off my chair.
"Oh glob. Sorry." I say, straightening my bunny ears.
He laughs.
"So, Fionna. I have something I wanna tell you."
"And that is?" I ask, heart rate speeding up.
"I really, really like you. I mean, a lot." He stutters.
My cheeks burn red and I stand up. I nod at him respectfully and walk out. A walk that soon turns into a run, I feel tears stream down my cheeks. Why do they have to do this to me?! First Marshall, now Gumball! It's all so confusing. I sit down on a rock and sigh. Someone sits down beside me.
"Hey, Fi- Woah, woah. Why are you crying?" Marshall says, concern taking his voice.
"Gumball said he liked me." I say meekly.
"HE WHAT?!"Marshall hisses.
I lift my head up and glare at him.
"You did too."
"Well, I said it first." He smirks, wiping the tears out of my eyes.
"Promise you won't start anything, Marshall." I plead.
"Okay, you got it, Fionna." He smiles.
I smile and hug him.
"Thanks."
Marshall's P.O.V
"Promise you won't start anything, Marshall."
Her puppy dog eyes got the best of me.
"Okay, you got it, Fi." I say, smiling down at her.
All of the sudden she hugs me. I was surprised to say the least, but I liked it. I wrap my arms around her.
"Thanks." She smiles.
(HEY GUYS! I'M BACK! I am honestly so sorry! It's been really, really long! I have been busy with stuff. But I'll continue if you want! Oh, one more thing. FOLLOW ME AND MY BEST FRIEND MADYSON'S ACCOUNT sweggy_unicorns PLEASE! IT WOULD MEAN SO MUCH! We already have 2 stories up, 1 by me, 1 by her. She wrote a Jeff The Killer fanfic romance or something. I wrote one called Guardian Angel, about a girl who is saved by an angel and starts to, y'know... ANYWAYS! Guardian Angel has a lot of references from Supernatural, so don't hate on my sources of knowledge! This was a really long authors note... Bye, love ya!)
