Chapyer 8

(Y/N) P.O.V.

I was in Rin and Yukio's room when Yukio got a call. "Hey what is it?" i asked. "Its another Cat Sídhe. Come on lets go." We walked out of the door and followed Yukio.

Me, Rin, Yukio, and Kuro had arrived at the cite and this Cat Sídhe was white unlike Kuro.

When i looked at her, she looked at me. She then walked over my way and started sniffing me. Then she shrunk back down to her normal side and rubbed her head on my leg.

I picked her up and said "She's only a baby and she was scared. Im gonna go home and give her a bath."

I walked back to the dorm into my bathroom. (thats right you have your own bathroom attached to your room.)

I turned on the water an gave her a bath. I then walked into the kitchen and gave her food that Rin gives Kuro.

I asked the cat "Whats your name?" "I dont have one." she says in like the cutest voice. "How bout Snowball?" "Yea i like it. I never got a name and i couldnt talk to anyone because no one could hear me. I guess it was because none of them were demons." "Yea thats most likely why."

The next day i brought Snowball to school because she was a baby and Rin brought Kuro to keep her company while we had to do work.

While waiting for Yukio, me and Rin were playing with our cats. We had sting which they seem to enjoy. Bon and Shima kept giving Rin death glares.

"Guys, i know your jealous. Who wouldnt be. These cats are so cute. JK i know your jealous of Rin, i dont know why just back off." The truth was i did know why but i dont need to make it awkward between me and Rin.

Yukio finally came into class and started teaching.

~TIME SKIP~

When i got back to the dorm i found a letter on my desk. I opened it and read it

'(Y/N), I'm sorry we have to say this in a letter but your mom is in the hospital. If you'd like you can visit her but I don't think she has much time left'

I grabbed my sword and snowball and ran out the door.

I arrived at the hospital and went into my mom's room. A doctor than came in and said "I'm sorry but she's not gonna make it. I will leave you 2 alone for a while and you can talk to her." Then she walked back out leaving us 2 alone.

I sat in the chair next to her and talked. "Hey mom, I was able to get away from dad and went to True Cross Academy. I was able to make new friends there."

"That's good sweetie." My mom said weakly. "Even Rin and Yukio were there. Remember when I played with them when we were kids."

I started was crying and hugged my mom. I couldn't believe this was happening and I don't even know how she got k to this state. The doctor came in which told me that it was time.

I walked out off the hospital and was going back to True Cross until kids stopped me. I looked up and they were kids from middle school.

"Hey what happened little baby did your mommy die." I started to cry more while snowball started to hiss at them.

"Hey look a little kitty is trying to defend her. Haha." I don't know how much more I could take.

The boy grabbed NY shirt and said "Listen to me when I'm talking to you, bitch." He then slapped me.

I got out of his grip and headed back to True Cross and started balling my eyes out.

I ran into my room and started crying even more. I eventually saw a knife. I walked up to it and took it. I put the knife and pierced my arm. I then dragged the knife threw all the way down my arm.

Eventually blood was in a puddle on the ground and I fainted.

RIN'S P.O.V.

I heard (Y/N) run back into her room crying. Soon after I saw her cat come into my room. She bit on my sleeve and was trying to pull me. I think she wants me to follow so I did.

She brought me to (Y/N) room. I opened to door and I saw her on the floor laying on blood.

I ran to her and picked her up and I was really worried. I yelled "Yukio?" He then came into (Y/N) room and said "Yes what i- oh my god what happened!?!"

"I don't know. Her cat just went into my room and she wanted me to follow her then when I went into her room she was unconscious on the floor laying in blood."

"Well just don't stand there pit her in the bed and I'm gonna find the bandages." I sat on the bed and put (Y/N) in between my legs and waited for Yukio to come back with the bandages.

"Alright I found them. Let me see her arm." He took (Y/N) arm and started wrapping it in bandages.

Yukio soon left after and I just sat there holding (Y/N) while I was crying. Why why did she do this.

I saw a note on her desk and read it. It said '(Y/N), im sorry we have to say this in a letter but your mom is in the hospital. If you'd like you can visit her but I don't think she has much time left.'

Her mom dying isn't much of a reason to cut herself, something must of happened when she was on her way there or back here. Next time she goes out I guess I have to go with her so this doesn't happen again.

I soon fell asleep with tears going down my face.

(Y/N) P.O.V.

I woke up and I have a bad headache and I was laying on Rin. Yukio than came in and said "Oh good your awake."

He walked in and set food down on the table next to me. "Try to be careful next time. We don't want that to happen again." I looked at Rin and he had tears running down his face.

I looked down at the floor as Yukio walked out of the room. I didn't know what to do. I made someone cry over me. I'm only use of people always being mean to me and the only person that actually cared about me was my mom and sister.

My sister than walked in and said "I thought you were over this little phase. What happened?"

"I got a note that said mom was in the hospital and she wasn't gonna make it. I then went over there and talked to her and she soon died. Then on my way back here the kids from middle school came and called me names. The made fun of mom and Snowball, my kitten. I then came, ran in my room where I saw a knife."

Rin then hugged me tighter. He's still sleeping. (Well half asleep.)

"(Y/N), I don't want you to do that again!" My sister yelled at me and hugged me. "I'm sorry." I whispered.

She then walked out of the room and I started eating my food Yukio left.

"I'll protect ya next time." Rin said quietly in a cute voice. "What ya gonna follow meh?" "Yea.... that's.... the plan." Rin said tiredly.

After I ate I still felt like crap so I just fell back to sleep.
