1st days in Aussie

I wanted to know who the person was that texted me but I decided to just meet whoever it was at the park tomorrow. So I climbed into my new bed, turned on my tv, and watched netflix until i fell asleep. The next day I got up and helped my mom unpack all the stuff we brought. Then I ate some breakfast and decided to get ready for the day. I showered and then went to pick out an outfit to wear. I spent at least an hour debating on what to wear but in the end I decided to wear some ripped black skinny jeans, a blue tie dye sweatshirt, and my black chucks. I then made some loose, beach waves in my hair. I told my mom that I was gonna look around Aussie and that I would be home later. I then left the house and started looking for the park where the unknown person told me to meet them at. It took me awhile since I had absolutely no idea where anything was but I eventually managed to find it. When I got there I saw the big oak tree and headed towards it and there in front of my eyes I saw Luke.

*Luke's POV*

I was starting to think Haley wasn't gonna show up. It had been about half an hour later than the time I told her to meet me at but then all of a sudden I saw a girl with a cute tie dye sweatshirt on, and some pretty waves in her hair, and those same black chucks she was wearing on the plane. It was Haley Brooks. She showed up. As she walked up to me I asked her if she wanted to take a walk and she said okay. We walked and talked for hours.

*Haley's POV*

We walked and talked for so long that the sun was starting to set. So we decided to find a nice quiet place to watch the sunset. After talking and watching the sunset Luke walked me home. I wasn't sure if he liked me but I knew that I had developed a huge crush on him. When we got to my house I decided not to introduce him to my mom yet. "Thanks for walking me home Luke, I had an amazing time with you today.", I said trying to keep from blushing. "Yeah no problem and I had a great time as well, maybe we can do it again sometime.", he replied with a smile on his face. "Yeah I'd love to.", I said back. "Alright well I better go but text me and we can talk more.", he said while fixing his beanie. "Okay I will.", I said putting my hands in my pockets. He then turned and was walking away. I watched as he walked down my driveway but then all of the sudden he turned around and came running back, looked me in the eyes, grabbed my face and kissed me and left. I could feel my face getting hot and I knew I was blushing like a complete idiot. I couldn't believe what just happened. I went to bed that night with the biggest smile on my face completely forgetting that I was starting school tomorrow.
