Bretman at the top^^

"I'm so fucking tired. Like what the hell is wrong with this teacher? It's only the first day of school and she's already giving us a assignment and not to metion that it due by the end of the week." I said with annoyed and frustrated tone in my voice.

"THANK YOU! Like she must be out of her God damn mind like I have places to be and things to do. My makeup was literally melting off my face just because I was working way to hard for my own likings." Bret said pulling out his mini mirrow from his purse and checking if his eye shadow and foundation was still looking on point.

"I was even planning on going to this huge ass party that everybody in town is talking about and that are going too. Whatever fuck her I'm still going and so are you." Bret said as he was walking me to my African studies class. "

"I ain't going to no party if I have a project to finish and also even if I finish early I will be way too tired to even think about what I'm going to be wearing or who's going to be there. Also I don't know anybody there. I'm going to look like a outsider and a Idiot standing there all by myself." I said starting to feel insecure about the way I look.

"Heyyy you're going to know someone there. I'm going to be there with you and girl you better stop putting your self down and stop thinking that your ugly because let me tell you something bitch your fabulous." Bret said out loud not giving a fuck that people were staring at him like he was some lunatic.

I giggled and couldn't help but think why couldn't I be more like bret. Fierce and didn't give a fuck about what people thought about him.

"Well I gotta start heading to my class before the teachers start nagging at me agian."

"What fo you mean agian?" I said amused at the guy I met today.

"Anthore story fot anthore time and don't worry I will find you at lunch. Bye hoe." Bret yelled as he was walking away sasy and and making sure move his hips seductively to get some cute jock guy attention.

I chuckled at his stupidness and walked inside the back of the room to find a chair in the corner to stay hidden form the other students and not attract any attention towards me.

After settling myself in I couldn't help but admire the classroom and the poster that were hanged around the room. There was one poster that caught my eye it had a quote from Kwame Nkruham and it said

"I am not Afrcain because I was born in Africa but because Africa was born in me."

"Wow I wish I got to meet him. If only I was born early I would have asked him how he got Ghanaian's to there independence from England."

"Me too." A unknown voice said to me.

I turned my face to the person that just spoke to me and saw a very attractive African American female. she had brown skin with dark brown eyes with some purple single braids that suited her a lot.

I'm pretty sure it was my first time seeing a black student other than me in this small town I thought to myself while observing how beautiful her hair and her skin was.

"Wow your really pretty I love the colour of your skin it matches you alot." She said without breaking eye contact with me.

"Um thanks I think." I said feeling kinda uncomfortable because it was my first time someone ever called me beautiful other than some of my family members.

" No problem and I'm Justine by the way and you are?" She said sticking out her hand for a handshake.

"I'm Nikala but you could call me Nikki." I said connecting my hands with her and shaking it to be friendly.
