It was fortunate to know you baby!!
Sitting in front of the warm and cozy fire in Hid hidden Cabin Away from the rest of Rural Delaware, Wrapped in one of his huge sweaters waiting for his return home from the local grocery store. We had just ran away because his Family nor did mine approve of a white male and Black female dating.
"Chime." The sound my phone makes indicating a message..
*jake* "I Couldn't think of another way to tell you this... I don't really love you, I never did my parents were right we don't need to be together I don't understand why I ever did, Honestly it was because I was bored...I want nothing to do with you, I wouldn't care if you died right now." Reading his text I began to shake uncontrollably
So angry, hurt, and Heartbroken I started to Cry, cry so hard that I thought a bitter iron and trail of blood replaced my once clear salty tears, He had broken me.
"After all the shit I've been through with your family! you wanna do this to me? well F*** you Jake." I had yelled angrily at nobody getting up and grabbing all of the items I had brought with me in my Small book-bag.. And started to throw them in the bag. "Can't believes this." I Whispered to myself.
Finding the nearest Motel I got settled in to take a long hot bath, hot water consuming me making me forget about all of the worries, and stress I had upon me as I sunk deeper into the Tub until Oxygen could no longer feel my lungs and Water had taken its place...
*Jake.* "Baby, I'm so sorry I said those mean things to you, I never meant it, I had walked into the store unaware My uncle was there thinking I was out getting groceries while talking about you! so I sent this message to get him off my back, But ill be there in 10 mins! Hope your not to mad..I love you baby."
