"Hey babe, I'm leaving now"
"Wait babe, why don't we ever just stay home and cuddle like we used to"
"I don't know, we will cuddle next time. I'm leaving bye"
"Are you kidding me. That's what you always say carter. Do you not love me anymore or something"
"God y/n, your so annoying and clingy. Can't I just go out with friends and have a good time. I do love you, but not when you act like this."
" how am I clingy when I'm not even around you. You are always with your friends and not with your own girlfriend. I see how much you 'love' me!" I fire back.
"Whatever y/n, I'm leaving" he says and leaves.
I stand there shocked. I go up to our room and lay down. It was 9 so i just decided to go to bed. I couldn't sleep though. I was having trouble. The only one who can make me sleep when having trouble is Carter. I kept on tossing and turning but nothing. I finally decided to just get on my phone. After about an hour, I heard the door slam shut. Yay, Carter's home. *Note the sarcasm* I just got under the covers and tried to go to sleep. I failed. I kept on tossing and turning while he went into the room and changed. I felt the bed sink but he didn't come close to me. He only whispered 'I'm sorry' and turned away. I still couldn't sleep and he couldn't either.
I knew that only I could help him sleep. About half and hour passed and both of us still kept on tossing and turning.
Carter then grabbed me and dragged me on to him and cuddled me into him. I was on top of him. He was on his back. He rubbed my back and it finally felt right.
"I'm sorry, we will spend tomorrow together baby. I am such a dick." He whispered the last part to himself.
"No, no you are not a dick. You made a mistake and people make mistakes. It's okay." You peck his lips.
"I love you baby"
"I love you more"
"Not possible" he then kissed me. Fireworks exploded through my body. 3 years of being together and he still manages to do that.
"Goodnight"
"Night baby. Sleep tight."
I laid my head back on his chest. I was falling asleep  when I heard,
"I love you so much that words can not describe it."
