I'm updating soon, I've just had a few stressful weeks.

Anyway I'm not going to say any names but I found this awesome so each on tumblr, me being a 5SOS and Little Mix fan know all about being hated by fifth harmony fans and this person sums up what I want to tell all the fifth harmony fans.

I do not support fifth harmony in any way, shape, or form. When they were on X factor, I liked them, voted for them even. Once they started getting bigger, things changed. They piled on the auto tune so heavily that their voices didn't even sound the same. They were singing things that made me cringe. I thought maybe it was just a stage. Maybe they had to let the label run them for a while. It never stopped. The lyrics continue getting worse and worse. A lot of people defend their song bo$$ and claim that it makes girls more confident. Okay, go with that. But honestly how do the lyrics: "Boss, Michelle Obama, purse so heavy getting Oprah dollars." Inspire anyone? Catchy, yes. Meaningful, no. "Every day is payday, swipe my card and do the nae nae." Do I even need to comment on this one? "So that's a no no, I'm a Maybach and you's a Volvo." Yes, let's teach young girls to compare themselves to other young girls as if bullying and insecurity aren't already a thing. Some argue that this is meant for the man, to tell him that she's better than him. Right, because that's okay? Fight fire with fire, insult and belittle men in the name of girl power? Wrong.

My favorite argument is 'FIFTH HARMONY SUPPORT FEMINISM AND FEMALE EMPOWERMENT!' Really, because one of the most common arguments you'll hear from feminists is that girls do not get ready for boys. Girls do not need to try to impress boys. Women should not have to get all dolled up FOR a man. Girls shouldn't not put on clothes they are not comfortable in or be something they are not simply in order to impress a man. As Andrea Russett says in one of the most common posts you'll see on any teen girls blog, "Not everything we do is to impress a guy. Not everything we do is to impress anybody for that matter. Sometimes we wake up and think: you know what, I feel like curling my hair today, so I am going to curl my hair today, because I want to. Because I want to feel good about my hair. I! I don't care what anyone else thinks about my hair. I'm doing it for me. Not everything is about you, boo." Females are allowed to want to get dolled up, to do their hair and makeup, and to dress in a skimpy dress for THEMSELVES. Not for a man. In their song Don't Wanna Dance Alone, they sing: "What you waiting for? All I want is you so come and make your move." Another argument made by feminists is this: Why do men have to make the first move? Why do women have to be delicate and quiet? Why should she have to wait until she knows if the man wants her to act on it? If you want it, go for it. Don't wait for him to come to you.

Okay, so maybe some of you don't care about these points I've proven. How about vocal abilities? There is not one video you will find of Fifth Harmony that isn't auto tuned or highly edited. You will not find one. You will not find a video of them where it is just their voices. They always have a mic, or background music. It's never real. They record, edit the mic feed, and then lip sync along to it. Most artists have at least one video of them singing with nothing. Them and a camera, maybe a guitar if they play one themselves. Some examples?
Ariana Grande:
Bea Miller:
Ed Sheeran:
Little Mix:
These are only a few to name. They didn't use auto tune, they didn't need a backing track, they simply displayed their vocal talent without the aid of anything else.

Okay, onto the next point: Personalities. Obviously, I do not know the girls personally, and neither do you. So neither one of us can really determine whether they are fake or not. I, however, feel that you see who a person really is based on what they do when they aren't in front of the camera. I'm sure most of you know, (fan of fifth harmony or not), that one of the members, Dinah, had a fat shaming incident on twitter. She favorited a tweet that said 'If you're fat please stop posting pics of your costumes that don't even fit, sincerely all of humanity.' Now, yes, Dinah is entitled to her own opinion just as you and I. The difference? You and I do not have a large following of majorly teenage girls. How would you feel if you were bigger boned and you saw one of your idols shaming bigger boned people? Probably not so great. Not to mention, Dinah often uses the 'N' word on twitter and in real life. Don't believe me? What about when Dinah replied to a fan who called Michael (5SOS) ugly in much more colorful words? What about when Camila favorited the tweet with the N word in it that suggested making a bed made you a woman? How about when 5SOS and 5H were against each other for an award? 5SOS were tweeting positive things, that it'd be okay if they didn't win, that it wasn't about winning. Meanwhile, 5H were bribing their fans and self-promoting like hell.

The final point I am going to make is the ignorance of their fandom. Yes, most fandoms are rude and obnoxious, but not to this extent. Fifth Harmony fans are vicious. They bully other people on twitter more often than they tweet positive things about their idols. Some of the most insane and ignorant things I've ever heard have come from 5H fans. Remember when they said that the AMA's were rigged just because 5SOS won? How about when they started saying that it was idiotic for One Directions album to be released the same day as 5H's because obviously 1D would overshine them. Well, boo boo, I'm do not regret to inform you that their album sales have absolutely NOTHING to do with One Direction's. If they are going to flop, One Direction are not to blame. The worst I've seen is comparing them to other artists/groups based on looks. LOOKS DO NOT MATTER MORE THAN VOCALS. Do not slam another female artist because she is in competition with 5H and then say that you and the band support feminism. Feminists do not put other girls down. They bring them up

I am very sorry if you disagree with anything in the above writings, but if you disagreed maybe you shouldn't have read. This whole thing is solely my opinion and I have a right to express it. This is not me bashing Fifth Harmony, this is not even about me hating Fifth Harmony. This was simply me explaining why I changed my mind about them. I would never want to idolize a group who have done/said the above things and again, that is my opinion. If you like Fifth Harmony, that's good for you. Don't try to shove them down my throat because I don't think they are talented and I don't think they have good music. Don't call me vicious names and say that I hate them for no reason. Don't say that I slut shame because I have not once called them anything near a slut. I do not believe that they are sluts simply because some of their clothing is pretty revealing. I don't think it would be fair considering we've all seen Calum's dick, Nick Jonas' dick (Pretty much), Miley Cyrus' tits, and all of the other nude celeb scandals. Don't blame this on me being a 5sos fan or a One Direction fan. This is how I feel and if you don't like it, well, as Andrea Russett said, "Not everything is about you, boo."
