Kylee's POV.

"Freshman freakin year. Oh what a joy!"

I stated sarcastically.

"Yep. I mean totally! Middle school was such a waist of time! Kylee this years gonna be great!"

Obviously, Ray doesn't know what the heck sarcasm is.

"Kylee! I'm so nervous and excited and.... I don't know! I mean new friends! Cute senior guys...." She tilted her head at me with a smirk.

"What?" I said bluntly.

"You know what silly billy!" She jabbed my side with her finger.

"Ow Ray! What the he..."

"No no Kylee. Wouldn't want your perfect little goody goody reputation to be taken away and replaced with something less now would we?"

I turned towards the one person who could make my life a living h-e-double hockey sticks on earth. And yes, she may can read minds so, for safety, I don't even express certain words of emotion in my head.

"No Marcey. I wouldn't." I put my head down and looked at the ground.

"Now then, make sure to stay out of my way always. Got it?" I shook my head quickly.

"Good. Now move along." She squirmed her little barbie self right between me and Ray and walked off down the sidewalk.

"Why do you let her do that to you Kylee? She's nothing but a b....."

I took my hand and placed over Ray's mouth.

"Shhh! She can probably still hear you with those devil ears of hers. She doesn't just have the ears by the way. She's got the horns to. You know she hides them under her perfectly done Barbie hair."

Ray took her hand and pulled mine off her face revealing a smirk.

"Kylee Kylee Kylee." She said walking away on the sidewalk.

I stood there, thinking about it all. This year. Everything.

That is until I realized Ray had walked off and left me.

"RAY!" I screamed!

"Hurry up Kylee! Don't wanna be late on the first day now do we?"

'School Grounds'

"Make sure to get everything signed and...."

the bell to signal the last class was over rang loud

"AND HAVE IT IN BY TOMORROW!"

my teacher screamed while everyone files out of the classroom.

I took out my phone and texted Ray.

'Meet me at the front of the school"

She immediately texted me back

'Kk'

I walked down to the front of the school.

I was about to the door when I bumped into something rock hard.

"What the heck?"

"I should say the same freshman."

I looked up and backed away.

It was Kyle Michels.

So, you know how almost every high school has the "School Bad Boy"?

Well, that was Kyle Michels for you.
