Chapter 1

Zaras POV

"Sign here and here"

Pointed mr.harvey to our contract

I can't believe we're getting signed

It's been 2 years since we started our band "step to paradise"

By 'our' I mean me and my brother

I'm Zara Davis and I'm the lead singer

For STP

my older brother Max Davis plays Drums

And our best friends

Who are also in the band

Josh Fontaine plays bass

And jesse king plays guitar

We're all from Australia and now were here at Modest!Managment signing our contract to go on tour with a big band

I'm not sure why but they won't tell us who

I just hope it's not something to far from our music style

"Are you sure you can't tell us who it is?"

Jesses loud Aussie accent burst threw the room after dotting the I in his last name then passing the contract to max

"Yes mr.King you'll find out when you get to your first venue" mr.Harvey said looking up at jesse

Max poked my arm and gave me the contract and pen

I sighed and signed my name

And handed it to mr.harvey

He looked through it and then looked at us

"Well I suggest you start packing cause you'll be heading on a world tour in two weeks"

I felt my knees begin to shake then I felt something picking me up

Then alot of shouting then my feet on the floor again

The teenaged boys behind me were going beserk

And I couldn't move..

2 Weeks later

"So you two are all packed right?"

Our mum asked us in the doorway

Me and max were standing in the front of our house waiting for jesse and josh

"Yes mum" we both said nsync

"I'm just so proud of you two"

She said before squeezing us for the 100th time this week

"OIII LET'S GOO!!!"

We heard in back of us "bye mum love you we'll call everyday"

Max said giving mum a hug and kiss on the cheek

"Bye mum love you" I said doing the same as max

We went up to the trunk of jesses car

And put our luggages in

Then Me and Max sat in the backseat

The car ride was silent for 20 minutes

Until an Australian accent broke the silence

"Oi guys who do you think this band might be?"

Asked josh from shotgun while we made a right

"I'm hoping all time low"

I said looking at the mop of black hair named josh

"Nah I think someone a little more hardcore"

Said jesse looking to the back then to the road

"Like who?"

I asked

"I don't know of mice &men maybe?"

He answered

I let out a chuckle

"You just have a man crush on Austin carlile"

I said earning a laugh from josh and max

"So what If I do?"

He said making a sharp turn to the right

"Eh I don't know I wanna scream with austin carlile that would be sick"

Josh said

Looking towards the backseat

Josh is a really good screamer

"That would be cool"

I said looking out the window

"Oi do you even know where your going?"

Max said next to me

"Of course I do!"

Jesse said pulling into a parking lot

"Then why are we in an empty parking lot? Max said

"It's not empty..jesses car is in it duh"

Josh said

"Your a knobhead"

I giggled staring out the window again

"Oi boys there's a tour bus pulling in come on!"

I said opening the door jumping out

With the boys following behind

"No fucking way.."

"Nooo"

"Ugh come on!"

"What the hell?!?"

The tour bus read in big bold letters

'ONE DIRECTION'
