Percy Jackson: Poisoned Hero

CHAPTER#17

Hey guys I am sooooo sorry I haven't updated in forever. I completely forgot about my book. I will try to update multiple chapters within the next two weeks. Again i am sooooo sorry. Also I had help in this chapter by:SavannahGreene123 !!!! Hope you enjoy

Percy's POV:

     After the thing flew in. Bob and the twins came running after it.
     "Wait he's mine!"
     "No he's mine!" The twins argued wile chasing the llama-unicorn looking animal through the back of the ship.
     "Where is that blue carrot? We need that to tame it." Then she stopped and stared at me like I was the answer to all her problems. She ran over to me, "Can I have that please it is the only way to tame this thing."
     "Sure..." I stated hesitantly.
     "Hey llama, llama, llamacorn. Come here." Samantha called.
     As soon as she called that out the creature stopped and flew towards her.
     "Hey buddy." She called,"
     "What is that thing." Annabeth called out.
     The abnochious twin turned around with confusion."Don't tell me you have never heard of a llamacorn before!"
    "No I haven't because they aren't suppose to be real." Annabeth said with confidence in her claim.
     "Yes they are. It is right here in front of you. Your friend Bob contoured one up for us. We love llamacorns. They are the best mythical animal to ever exist!" Savannah said. Samantha nodded and took the carrot from Savannah. They started arguing, so Annabeth took the carrot away. She looked at me and I started laughing so hard I coughed. Then I had to lay down for a minuet cause my chest was starting to hurt again. It does that quite often. I didn't know how sick I really was. But all I new is I still felt pretty terrible on the inside.
Annabeth stopped smiling and stared at me with a bucket full of concern. She put the carrot down on the table and ran to my side as I dosed off into the darkness of my slumber.

Annabeth's POV:

"Percy!" I yelled as I saw him slowly die off into unconsciousness.
Everyone looked over and ran to his side.
"We need to get him to his room so he can rest.NOW!!"
Piper looked at me with fear and then attempted to help me lift him. I expected him to be heavy but he was unbearably thin and Boney. So me and piper slowly carried him down the stairs and into his room so he could rest. And that is when I felt his forehead. It was burning up, so I issued he had a terrible fever. Percy was sweating and pale.
"Piper go get a cold towel. And hurry!!" I rushed on her.
"Ok." She said with a hesitant I don't know what to do voice. Then she took off out off the room and returned minuets later with the moist towelette.
"Hurry we need to get him cooled!"
"Annabeth he is waking up." Piper whispered to me.
I looked over to see my seaweed brain opening his eyes and slowly groaning.
"Percy are you ok."
He looked at me concerned like he didn't know what was happening and then he called out to me.
"Annabeth! Annabeth! Annabeth!" He called out to me." Annabeth were are you."
"I am right here Percy."
I looked him right in the eyes and almost screamed in heart break. His eyes were glazed with a glossy cover over them. He had gone blind from the poison. I called Bob in as a last resort.
"I'm here he said." Then he looked at Percy and put his finger on his head. "OWEEE VERY VERY BIG OWEEE."
Percy closed his eyes and rested there for a second until he tried to open his eyes again. He still wasn't as sea green as usual but he could at least see a little bit.
Jason walked in the room slowly and looked at Percy and said." I'm sorry dude." Then his eyes turn red and he shot Percy in the chest with a bolt of lightning!!!!!

Oooooohhhhhhh!!!!! Cliff hanger.
I am again very sorry for the short chapter but I haven't had time lately so here is a little something to get the story moving along a bit better. In the next chapter you find out a secrets about two of the demigods aboard the ship.  Ohh and don't forget to give suggestions! And here is something to think about.Why did Jason's eyes turn red???😅😅😭😭
