Lexi's POV
I stepped off of the stuffy air plane and into the fresh, crisp air of the London Airport. I have always hated crowded places so I ran to get my luggage and I got out of the airport as fast as my high tops could carry me. The fresh air hit me like a bullet once I stepped out of the glass sliding doors.
I then hailed a taxi and gave him the directions to the apartment that I bought over the phone with my realtor. It was supposed to be really nice but you never know with over the phone relators.
I quickly got snapped out of my thoughts when the taxi man very rudely yelled at me to give him his money. I think that Londoners don’t really like me. I opened the door and realized that I was standing next to a very extravagant building that was called “Mid City Apartments”. That was my stop.
I walked inside to be greeted by a doorman and some very relaxing air conditioning.
“Hello Madame, you must be the new resident in room F567?” The doorman Tony asked me.
“Ya, that’s me! But please, just call me Lexi” I said while shaking his hand.
“Well then, Lexi, let me give you a tour of the building.” Tony said as he started walking towards the lobby.
After he gave me a very long tour of the entire building, I was completely exhausted and Tony helped me bring my bags up to my room.
The interior of my room was painted teal and purple (upon request of me) and each room had a different pattern on it. I went into my bedroom and unpacked my bags. I then changed into some Victoria Secret sweats and collapsed on my bed and immediately fell asleep.
By now you must be wondering how I got all of this money. Well, since I really don’t have any plans after school of on the weekend and I worked multiple jobs during me last two years of high school. I have also had this plan ever since I was twelve so you can say I have been saving up for a long time.

I was walking home from my first day of school with my books and I was walking while looking down at my feet, trying to blend in just a little bit. Then all of the sudden I ran into somebody who was looking down at his phone. My books and a million loose papers went flying everywhere.
“Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry!” The guy who ran into me said.
