It's the first day of school and everyone is getting ready. "Paige you ready to go?" Jane, Paige's mom yells up the stairs. Paige comes running down the stairs saying "let's go!"
Paige and her mom step into the car and as they start to drive they see Jack and Mark, Paige's friends walking. "Hey boys you want a lift" Jane asks as she pulls up to them. The nod and step into the car.
"Hey guys!" Paige says while looking back at them. Jack and Paige look at each other and smile. "Hey Paige!" Mark says in excitement.
3 mins later
"Have a good first day and text me who's in your class!" Paige's mom yells. "Ok" Paige says back at her, Jack and Mark walk where you have to find out what class your in.
"I hope we're all in the same class" Mark says giving Paige a little nudge. "Ya me to were like partners in crime" Paige says. "We have to be together" Jack says giggling.
As they get over there they look for there classes. "I'm in Mr. Kilbride's class" Jack says. "Me too!" Mark says after that's. Paige looks at Mr.Kilbride's
Class and sees that she's not there.
"I'm in Ms. Delia's class" Paige said. They all look at each other as the bell rings. "Well I guess will see each other at lunch. Good luck" Mark says and then walks to class.
"This sucks" Jack says facing Paige. "I know I can't believe this!" Paige says. "Well I guess it's goodbye for now" Jack says. "Yup see you at lunch" Paige says.
They start to walk in opposite directions but they suddenly turn around and hug each other. Then walk to class.
Messages
Paige: we're not in the same class
Mom: oh no! That's sucks. Well I guess you'll see them at lunch. :\
Paige: I guess so...bye:'(
Mom: bye :(
[time skip - lunch]
Paige looks around and finds Jack and Mark sitting at a table alone. "Hey guys" Paige says. "Hey Paige how was it so far?" Mark asks. "Not the same" she says as she sits down. "I know it sucks badly but we're all gonna have to get over it" Jack says.
"Ok I will try" Paige says. She never felt so alone without them, especially Jack. She's been friends with Jack since birth almost and met Mark in grade 4 when he moved here.
The lunch was over and they all go back to there classes and split again.
