Chapter 1

Kagura's POV
"Millianna!" Ugh, that girl is going to get on my nerves. "Hurry up we're going to be late!!" I sighed. There was a celebration for all guilds in Fiore, excluding the independent and dark guilds of course, today that begins in 3 hours. We were supposed to meet Oni- I mean Erza an hour ago to see what we were going to wear. This celebration comes once a year, and every year (ever since the gmg) she has been making me wear a dress. But I guess it's comfortable knowing that she cares about me.
"Ready!" Millianna yelled from her room. "We should get going, we're late". I facepalmed. That's what I've been saying this whole time!!
We walked outside and towards Erza's dorm in Fairy Hills. Millianna was happily skipping along next to me as we walked. I looked down, I shouldn't be bothered by such foolishness as dresses but I guess it's a good break from training and jobs.
"Hey Kagura-chan! What are you going to wear this year? I'm looking towards a cat-like pattern" she said, breaking the silence.
"I have no idea, Erza usually picks it out for me, and that's what you wear every year Millianna"
"But this year I want it yellow!" I smiled, I can't help but be happy whenever I'm with Millianna, there's just something perculiar about her.
5 minutes later, we arrived at Fairy Hills. As we rang the doorbell, we we pulled inside the dorm.
"Where have you guys been??!!!?" She asked, impatient.
"I'm sorry Erzy Werzy, I couldn't find my favourite shirt!"
I looked around to see a bunch of dresses of all colours and styles on her bed, floor, etc.
"We've got to pick your dresses NOW!" She ordered.
About an hour later I ended up with a long cerulean dress with straps that cross by the neck like an X. The bottom half reminded me of the water, it was ruffled and in layers, the colours getting darker and darker as you look down. I think I looked ok in this, and Erza and Millianna seemed to approve. For shoes, I was wearing dark blue ankle strap heels that matched.
I looked at Erza and she nodded to represent her approval. She was wearing a strapless red, silky dress and light red stilettos. The top half of her dress was filled with sparkly jewels and it made her look beautiful. The bottom half was in layers like mine with colours similar to a sunset.
We both looked at Millianna who was wearing a yellow dress where the straps were covered in cat prints. She was wearing Kitty heels (because she liked the name).
"We all look beautiful, but we have to finish doing our hair" Erza remarked. I sighed, I'm not used to all this...glamour.
I curled my hair to make it look wavy and tied my hair up in a messy ponytail with a light blue ribbon. Before we knew it, it was time to go to the party.
((At the celebration))
I blushed as I felt the stares of people I don't even know. Erza and Millianna have both gone their separate ways and I was all alone. I looked around to see if I can see if there was anyone I knew around, but I noticed a crowd gathering. I walked over to see what was going on. I managed to squeeze through and saw a blonde p haired male fighting with a guy with pretty long, jet black hair. By the looks of it, they seemed drunk.
"STING JUST GO TELL HER YOU LIKE HER ALREADY!"
"NOT UNTIL YOU FIND A GIRL OF YOUR OWN!"
One of the 2 seemed... Familiar, but I just couldn't put my finger on it. I tried little closer to be at front for a better view. Big mistake.
