Rogue's POV

I closed my eyes for what seemed to be about a few minutes, trying my hardest to not get motion sickness. What would she think of me if I end up finding her but I had puke breath? She'd be absolutely disgusted. I have to make a good impression on her- wait. WAIT. Why do I care so much??? She's just a random stranger that I happened to find just a bit attractive. Maybe.
I couldn't get these thoughts out of my head. What happened to the dark, silent and emotionless Rogue? What is this girl doing to me?!
I leaned my head against the cold window. It felt as if I haven't slept in days, my mind has been running wild and I can't seem to stop it. I take deep breaths to assure myself that what is in my stomach at the moment, stays there. It wouldn't hurt to just doze off for a moment... Blue Pegasus is about 20 minutes away anyways...  My exhaustion slowly overcomes me as I fall into a deep sleep.

~~2 hours later~~

I yawned and stretched. Man, that was one of the best naps I've had in a while, I thought. I look outside to see the train, missing the stop to Blue Pegasus. We were far beyond that area, in fact. I took a deep breath in and out, trying to keep my composure. The next stop was approaching and I don't have a clue where I am.
Suddenly, I clench my stomach and cover my mouth. Not now!! I mentally scold myself. The bus doors opened and I raced out, not double checking my belongings as per usual. I quickly grabbed my bag and collapsed onto the sidewalk, next to the bus. Keeping in my fluids must have this after effect, it is physically draining for my body. Pedestrians walk around me as they pass by, until I hear a familiar voice, about half a kilometer away. It was Kagura, no doubt.
She was whistling away to one of my favourite childhood tunes. She watched High Five too? I swear I was the only one. I slowly get up, trying to find my balance, and walk towards the sound.

Kagura's POV

I was at home when I suddenly had a strange but strong urge to make myself fried rice. But to my dismay, I haven't gotten groceries since two weeks ago. I don't have the opportunity to anymore, due to travelling to jobs and such. I get dressed into something a little more casual than my typical swordsman outfit.
I put on a thick, white, cotton turtleneck and some black leggings along with a pair of brown boots. I go into my drawer and pull out a brown ribbon to put in my hair. I look into the mirror, Erza and the girls have really changed me. Before I wouldn't have even dreamed of going out looking this feminine.
I then continued to head out to the nearest farmers market to my apartment. I live alone in a two story apartment, it's a little too big for my taste but it gives me space to work on both my muscles and my swordsmanship. Whistling to my favourite kids show tune, I walk along the stands, eyeing the variety of vegetables.
All of a sudden, I see what appears to be a drunk man wearing a black cape. He was stumbling around like a fool, almost falling into others. I turned back around and looked at the Bok choy when I felt a big weight drop onto me.
I fall onto the concrete, scraping my hands as I look back to see a man with jet black hair. It's the drunk man, I thought, looking at the cape on the floor.
"Sorry... K-kagura... Is that you?" asked the odd man.
"How do you know my name-" he looked at me as we locked eyes.
"We met at the ball, remember..? I've been looking all over for you..." He managed to say before fainting.
We have met before? Is he being serious or is it one of those scandals that I have heard about.
I looked around but no one seems to have been with him to take care of him. I sighed, since he supposedly knows me and I have a few questions, I will have to take care of him.
I use my gravity magic to help me carry him around as I walked back to my apartment. Aren't I glad that I finished shopping beforehand.
I set him down on the couch and placed a warm cloth on his forehead. He didn't seem to be sick, but his face appeared to be pale with a tint of green. I would assume that he was nauseous.
I turned around to begin on making my rice when I felt a hand grab my arm. It was the man on the couch. I tried to struggle out but his grip was too strong. After a few minutes, I gave up and sat down next to him. Usually I would be upset but... For some reason there is something within me stopping me from hurting him. I look at him. I put a strand of his hair behind his ear and his eyes flew open.
