Chapter 1: New beginning's

Nyx's p.o.v

A long long time ago there lived five elements fire,ice,water,earth,magic they all lived in peace and harmony.  But one day a mysterious figure released a powerful fog above the land and changed everything.

A few months after the fog cleared a war broke out between them no one new what the cause was but The queen of magic wanted to stop this and bring peace back to the once peaceful world then She used all of her power and energy to stop it, then she vanished never to be seen again .

a few months after queen disappeared so did the elements one by one they pareshed. The only element left was magic because of my dad and things haven't been the same since.

Since the day the war broke out between the five regions, Iv been having visions of my mother and sometimes the war..anyway One morning I just shook it off and went downstairs for breakfast not knowing it what the day ahead looked like. when I sat down at the long dining room table My father looked at me curiously "did you sleep well?" my father asked. "No I said
I had another vision of mother I explained sadly"

he sighs looking at me and putting his hand on my shoulder not saying anything.,

                  A few minutes later

     "I asked my father if I could go outside for bit just to get some fresh air considering Iv been cupped up inside all day".  He looks at me hesitant but then nodded. Thanks father I said walking out the door. The first thing I see was the garden.  A tear rolled my face knowing that my mother loved that garden before she disappeared.

Just then I see a mysterious looking figure with black clothing and a bit of blue I ran over to see who it was but upon entering it disappeared.  I decided it was nothing and went back inside to tell my father but then I realized he would just make up some lame excuse about magic being nonexistent.

   That's when An idea came to me i remembered an old door way in the dungeon that my mother had shown me long ago so i decided that it was time to leave this realm hoping to find that mysterious figure so

   I snuck inside the castle so my father wouldn't see me when I got down to a secret place under the castle.  I pulled a lever to a room my mother had showed me long ago, stepping into the empty room all I could see was pitch black sadly all the lights are so old that they don't work anymore luckily i knew a spell that could help just then I noticed that there was a box that had the name Nyx on it before opening it I decide to look around a little more.  then I stumbled and fell on my butt into something hard ow" I

Groaned and looked up and there stood before my eyes was a broken portal I looked on the side of it and saw only a couple pieces missing Then turned and opened the box Inside it was a few portal pieces and a few pictures of my mother tears ran down my red cheeks because it brought back so many memories. "Let's get started",

After a few days the portal was finished. I looked at it with relief and with a pull of a switch the portal turned on.  So I went back up and packed a few thing things I would need for the trip there I packed, food, water, my spell book and my staff

"who knows what will be on the other side".

I went back down to the dungeon and stepped into the portal and shut the door.  Just then I felt shacking and stinking in my fur then realityhit me that portal wasn't stable enough after being inactive for so long, so I tried opening the door but it wouldn't budge tears rolled down my face "is this where I would die" I said to myself.  Just then I fell and bumped my head on the side Then everything went black.
