Save You Tonight (A One Direction story)

AN: Okay so this is a new story that I have been working on for a bit and I am excited to upload the first chapter to see what you all think of it.

Now for you guys who have followed my writing and have been reading Would He Love You Like I Would, I would like to say I am sorry for not updating it within the last century. I feel so bad but I have almost got the next chapter written, I just went through a period where I lost all inspiration and when I did get some, I wrote the next chapter and then my stupid tablet went and deleted it so I've had to write it again and I'm about 3/4 of the way through. For anyone who just read that and is thinking 'what the hell is this chick on about' then please go check out that story and also if you don't mind mature content then check out my book of One Shots.

Anyways, on with this story. This is a little different than most 'girl meets 1D story', it has a little twist (well a big one) to it and this is the type of stuff I LOVE writing because it interests me. A little hint though, if any of you like the TV shows Charmed, The Secret Circle or the Movies, The Covenant and The Craft or the books, The Women of The other world series, or the Secret Circle books then you might like this. I'm guessing most have you have guessed the twist so I hope you like it. Oh and go and check out all the books, tv shows and movies I just listed because they are amazeballs!

This story won't be as intense as my other ones and it's not a bromance story.

So I hope you guys enjoy, and just a warning, I won't be uploading this one as often as my others but I will try.

I walked down the dim lit alley. Around me I could here the sound of scurrying feet, the pitter patter of tiny claws scratching against the stone ground as the creatures scurried around in search of food and shelter. Every so often the drone of a car drifted behind me from the street. There wasn't much light, save for a pink and orange, neon shop sign that gently illuminated the narrow gap between the two buildings. It wasn't brilliant but it stopped me from crashing into the waste cardboard boxes or dumpsters that littered the dirty floor.

My eyes flickered from left to right as I searched for my target. I knew he was here, the crystal had told me so, and the crystal doesn't lie.

By now you must be wondering what the hell I'm babbling about. Well to be blunt....I'm a witch. I'm a good witch. I have magical powers which I use to fight off dark spirits, demons, warlocks and any other monsterous being that chooses to pick a fight with me. I'm quite experienced for my age. See, I'm only seventeen and yet I have hell of a lot of powers and I can cast a spell or brew a potion effectively and precisely. Something that takes years for your average witch to accomplish, but then again, I'm definately not your average witch.

To anyone else I am your average teenager. I go to sixth form, hang out with my mates, follow hot boybands, namely One Direction and I obsess over the tiniest things. But I also have my magic too. Sometimes it invaids my normal life, my supposed-to-be seperate life but I just take it as it comes. At school I have my two best friends to cover for me, just as I cover for them when they need me. You might be wondering how I could have two friends who are completely okay with me being a witch, well it's simple really, they are like me. They are not witches but they are supernatural, one being a vampire and the other a werewolf. And yes, they get on perfectly fine. Vamps and Weres aren't known for there fondness of eachother but my two friends have learnt to live with each other. They love eachother like sisters, we all do. We are the unstopable trio, the three muskateers, the...... well I think you get the idea now. We will sometimes go on outings together where we will fight evil together, but like tonight, I tend to go on solo missions once in a while. It wasn't like I rely on them, I have enough powers to take care of myself. For example, I have the power of Telekenesis, which for you lot is the power to move objects with my mind. I can also Conjure the Elements, I have a little control over the weather, I can heal injuries, but not the dead and I'm also half Dryad.
