AN: Okay so this is the second chapter of the story, well first because the last was sort of a prologue.
I know this story is crap but please bare with me guys. I'm hoping it will get a little better and I'm hoping it's something you guys like considering it's not your average fanfiction...
Oh and please let me know if there are any supernatural beings that you want in this story because I could include them......
I feel bad about doing it but I think I'm gonna set a goal of votes before I upload the next part.
3 more votes for either this chapter or the previous and 2 more comments (Leah, Lydia and Lucy, you don't count on this one - sorry guys) before I upload the next.
Please guysssss, I am considering starting writing on another fanfiction site because on Wattpad the feedback that I get is completely shit to be honest, you guys just dont comment or vote and from previous experience, I get more feedback on other sites. It's upsetting to write something and have no one apart from a person you asked (thank you Leah) to give you feedback so I presume that you think the story is bad and that my writing skills are bad. Like I have said on my other stories.... IM NOT A BLOODY MIND READER!!! If you don't like my writing you need to leave me a comment saying 'Oi get your butt off of Wattpad because you suck' or if you like my writing then you can you please tell me!!!
THANK YOU!!!!
Sorry I'm having a bad day :(
On with the chapter.

And PS: If you didn't know the POV is from my main character who (no Leah she isn't me lol) is called Xara.

I woke up to the sound of my alarm going off the next morning. It took me a few minutes to register what the incrediably annoying beeping sound was before I then slammed my hand down on the alarm, silencing it instantly. I rolled out of bed and went into the bathroom and changed into some skinny jeans and a shirt. I then went over to the mirror and looked at my reflection and frowned. I probably had the worst case of bed hair, ever recorded. I could have definately passed for Medusa. I picked up my brush and ran it through the birds nest, trying to coax my locks to follow in the same direction down my back.
After five minutes of raking the brush through the matted mess my hair finally resembled something that looked normal. I didn't particually like my hair. It was wavy and ginger, but not just your average golden brown but full on orange and red tones. Most people would have thought that I hated my hair because of people teasing me about it, but that is not the case. I couldn't give rats ass about what people thought of my hair, and to be honest those people are pretty pathetic in my opinion, if they have nothing better to do than take the mic out of me. My real problem with my hair is that it basically screams out 'I am a Dryad!' to the world, as most Dryads had red hair, but for me it drew too much attention to myself as far as the magical world is concerned, and it didn't seem to matter how many times I tried to dye my hair I always woke up with my origional colour and it seriously pissed me off.
I also had bright green eyes, yet another thing I hated as it was inherited from my Dryad side.
My skin was pale but acne free, luckily. My lips were normalish size but were very pale making them appear to have almost no colour whatsoever which I hated. Fortunately, I had a normal nose, if there is any such thing. It wasn't hooked and it wasn't a button nose and it didn't ski slope too much either. It was the one feature that I was happy with.
