Powers: Can speed up, and slow down time. Also has a small amount of magic. But using time magic drains him quickly so he can't use it as much as he wants to.
Weapon: A rapier, he also used glyphs and runes

Other: He's 50% deaf so he wears hearing aids. He doesn't talk a whole lot and wants to stay out of the way most of the time. Isn't very social, sticks to the shadows usually.
