Chapter 16. Hes just a boy.

" Alli ". i said to her with a hurt face. She had come over that afternoon. " Demi are you okay". i feel myself start to tear up. Omg why why does this always happen he is just a BOY. nothing more or less. " When you went to madisons i went home and cody was talking to a girl , and". i sniffle and pause. " I couldn't take it , i had to cry allli i had to let it our , and cody came in to comfort". i paused again. " Then bella came in ripped me out of his arms and left , did you lie to me because there back together". i said as a tear escaped from my eyes. Alli looked as confused as i was. " There what". she yelled. " Back together". i said leaning over my kitchen bench more. she shakes her head. " Did you lie alli". she shakes her head , confused still trying to figure it out. " No no , i didn't he grr look i gotta go see you tomorrow". she said hugging me. " Tomorrow sounds good i got work anyway bye alli". i kissed her cheeck and she walked out the front door. Well i have to get ready for work.

Codys Prov

I heard the front door slam which made me jump. I heard loud foot steps slapping on the staircase. My door then flung open. To reval confused and angry alli. I set down my xbox controller as i was in the games room. " Hey alli". " DOn't hey alli me , what have you done". i look at her confused. " What do you mean"? she shakes her head and laughs sacastically. " Why did i hear that you and bella are back together , thats not want i wanted to hear". i drop my head. " Im sorry". " Oh no your not sorry mister". she said looking even more angry. " Look she came by the house and was crying saying , you know i miss you and i miss us. Im a sucker for tears and gave in". she shakes her head. " So demis been in tears all day , do you even care". " Ofcourse i care". " I don't think you do cody , your messing with these girls feelings without relizing it". i fidel with my fingers. " And you have the same feelings for this girl but your going out with bella"? " Look alli maybe me and demi aren't meant to be". she grabs my arm. " So when we first met her and you could talk about nothing but her , so what ? you guys aren't meant to be". i sigh. " I know". she shakes her head.

 " But your just gonna keep her as a 'bestfriend' and let her slip into the arms of another guy , your just okay with letting her get away thats not the cody i know". she said , i look up at her shes right but what am i supposed to do with bella now. Shes right i definatly don't wanna see demi in someone elses arms but mine. Why am i so stupid and blind. Well im going to get ready today im hanging with bella. Don't get me wrong i think bella is an amzing girl and pretty buit shes no demi to me. I get dressed in black skinny jeans and just a whit v-neck top. I make my way down to the beach. We were meeting at the icecream shop. Its a privarte beach so not many people are there. I waited and waited and waited. She stood me up. Ive been waiting for about 30 minutes. After another ten she came around the conor. " Hey ". she said breathing heavily. " hey? okay hi". " Whats up with you"? " Ive been waiting fo-". " See you later bella". Said a guy which had lip gloss on his lips. He handed her a little pice of paper. " Bye dan". and he walks off. I stare at her with disgust. " What". she said. We fought and i finally got it. " A number"? i look up at her. " You don't even care about me , your such a player". i fickeed the paper at her and walked home The last thing i heard/ is ' Im sorry cody please'. i just shake my head i should have seen that coming soon. I slam the door shut. " Well someone is in a good mood". says alli from the couch. Mum and da were out with tom. " She cheated". i said walking into the kitchen. " I told you". she yelled back. " Now what are you going to do"? she said,. " What do you mean"? " Demi". i smile. its kinda of mean i mean i just brokeup with someone. " Ive got it all planned". i said and with that iw ent upstairs time to get to work. I climb over to her balcony after an hour of planning. I knew she would be home pretty late becuase of work. I interwined roeses around the balcony railing. I wrote little messages. Like: Demi your beautiful. Your amaizng. All of that. I set up my ipod to play a slow love song. I kept one roes for me to give to demi. After 2 hours. Everything was done. I was just waiting for her to come home. Its about 11 she should be here soon. I waited. nothing. Mayube she already went to sleep. Nah i mean i would here the car and evrything. Maybe i should just give up. Then after a few more minutes. I heard a car pull up. Playing load music thats defiantlty demi. I starighten up fix my hair. Her bedroom light went on. I think she got changed. As soon as she was walking to her bed. I played the music load. I saw the balcony door open. Here goes nothing. Wish me some luck.

" Demi lousie tims , will you be my beautiful girlfriend"? she salped her hand over her mouth. She took agers. Shit my heart was racing beating fast. Shit , well done cody shes going to say no. This is stupid why did i do this shes gonna say no. My heart was beating fast. I think i allready kne the answer. Im pretty sure its a no. But im not going anywhere til she says something anything even if it is a no.

me and cam screamind the last part. We just burst out into series of giggles. He then accidently dropped a glass. We look at eachother and start to piss ourselfs. We couldn't stop but laugh. Like that time with alli." Clean it up". dad ays laughing and shaking his head. Cam cleans it up. By this time we were on the floor laughing our guts out. We calmed our self down but giggled a bit more. " High five we are FINISHED". i said as i put the last cup away. He lifts me up over his shoulder. " Cam why must you always do this". i said letting my legs and arms relax. " Because it is fun". he said in a italion accent. I just laugh. He set me down on the table.

I sit down. Brodie and were done to. " Dad". Dane said after a few minutes. " Yes". " Can we go now". " We haven't had dinner yert". dane smiles and walks to the kitchen. Is this what they do when im not here, Just eat dinner. After we finished there was more dishes to do. " Its friday friday gotta get down on friday". me and cam sang. This is how lame we are. But now i got why they took so much longer. Afte anopther hour we were finished. " Home". dad nods. " Night cam , night baby girl". he said kissing my head. We make our way to the car. I was so tired. As was cam. After another 20 minutes. We were home. I grabbed my bag and unlocked the door. I grabbed a water bottle out of the fridge. " Night baby sis". cam said kissing my cheeck then going upstairs. I turned the kitchen lights off and made my way to my room. I grabbed pajama pants and a short top. I put my hair in a messy bun. I walked to mty bed smiling that i can finally go to sleep.

Then a soothing song came on from outside. I moan. I just want to sleep thats all. I open the balcony door. Roes interwined the railing. Beautiful. beautiful music playing. I walk out no ones here. I drop my head and turn when i heard. " Demi". i turn to the conor. " Cody , what are you doing". i said smiling. He came closer giving me a roes/ " Something i should of done a long time ago". his voice sounded nervous and shaky. He finally hands me the roes. " Demi lousie tims , will you be my beautiful girl friend". he said. I slap my hand over my mouth. But what about bella i thought. well there cleary over.
