Every secret is hard to keep, right? Lisa thought she had to hide the biggest secret in the world. She felt as though she had to scream out loud. Was is really this hard? Truth is, yeah. When she got home, she found her wings had grown a bit bigger. Bigger than a backpack, and she had a few jackets. Thing is, it was the middle of summer! How was she going to where a jacket in such hot weather!?
Thing is, she did. She was always cold anyway. Instead of going outside she stayed in. The very next day, her wings grew even more. How was she going to hide this. She told her mom what had happened. Her mom said to stay at home for a couple weeks. Then she heard the worst news she could ever get. Her father, while he served in the military, had caught a disease and eventually died. Her situation got a bit better, then she hears that her father died. She got hide her secret, at least.
The next day she stayed home. She tried again to make them disappear, and they did! She decided to go to school, as she could blend in again.
Was this the ticket?
Would she have to stay like this forever?
This she would have to find out on her own.
