The Morning After (Chapter 2)

The annoying loud alarm clock went off. I slowly pulled the covers off me as i looked at Lucy sleeping on the floor.
"Candy?.. It's 7:00 the malls open." I got no response. I pushed her "Candy, wake up!" I yelled.
"OH MY GOD" Candy said.
"What, what's wrong?"
She laughed hysterically. She was just being obnoxious. I rolled my eyes.
"Just get ready to go to the mall." She got up and got ready. She wore her usual tumbler outfit. I wore a white dress. Her mom came in.
"If you guys are going to the mall you might want to go now." She said
"I'm driving to the mall Mrs. Autry." She nodded her head and left the room. Lucy grabbed her phone and said let's go. I quickly grabbed my phone and ran out the door. I got in the car and waited for her while she was talking to her mom. She came out the door.
"Mom's acting weird today. Whatever let's go to the mall." Lucy seemed a bit worried about her mom, but it wasn't my business.
