Misaki Yuuki Atemiya is a girl with problems. Her older brother, Jun, has caught a disease that makes him bleed internally (bleeding on the inside) and cough up blood. The doctors say they have to drain the blood, because it's like poison to his body, but they don't know if he can hold on any longer.
If Jun dosn't make it....she has no one. Misaki's parent's are gone. Her mother died when giving birth to her, and her father died when she was 7. They transferred Jun to a hospital in Japan because it turns out the hospitals are more advanced there.
Jun finds this convenient because Misaki recently got a acting and musical scholarship at Ouran Academy, a prestigious rich school. Misaki tends to hide her true feelings, beacuse she's afraid of getting hurt. On the outside she's funny and polite, but she's dieing on the inside.
That was the best way to hide the pain growing stronger, and stronger each day. Misaki dosn't want to leave her brother's side, but she made a promise to listen to him until he gets better. What happens when she cosses paths with a certian pair of copper haired twins, a cross dressing girl, a blonde haired "father", a shadow king, a cake loving boy and a tall and stoic boy? Will she continue to hide her true feelings, or will they change her for the better?
