O'Shae P.O.V
"Why are you mad" this girl is still talking too me right now I'm at lunch and all I know of her is that her name is seven
" look get out my face " I said with my best trying not to sound mean but to let her know im serious her face dropped still she gave me a stare with no emotion visible
"so what you can go fuck that fat bitch" seven said with anger in her voice
I looked this chick up and down like what drug are you taking I got up and walked away
I went to Lashay locker to see how she was she hasn't talk to me at all since seven said something to her in the bathroom I only know because Taz girl saw everything I walked up
"What's wrong?" I said
" I'm bored and I finished all of my work" she said I was kind of shocked I haven't even gotten through half of mine
"Come with me" I grabbed her hand
"Wait where are you taking me" she said whining
I took her to my locker I remembered the phone I had gotten for her I grabbed from off of the stack of late papers on the little self up top
" here you big ass cry baby" I said shoving the box in her face she smiled removing it so she could clearly see what I really gave her when she saw the phone her smile grew slowly it was creepy
" omg thank you so much" she said blushing
"No problem ma" I said
" wait wait wait damn" I said taking a step back realizing what she got on
" what you dont like it" she said frowning her eyebrows
"Nah nah man you just look you know real good" I said looking at her from the bottom from the top biting my bottom lip
"AYE ain't y'all suppose to be at lunch" some school security yelled
We started dipping down the hall towards the café
We ran to Taz table laughing and sat down Lashay sat by Taz girl Henny
"Wassup Taz" I said dapping him up
Lashay P.O.V
"Can you help me with this?" I asked jenny to help with the phone to set it up
" yea girl I'll help you and sorry about earlier in the bathroom I would've helped you but I ain't know you was O'Shae girl" she said looking at the box opening it
" oh no me and O'Shae don't date we just friends" I said laughing but I can't help but think it could be true
"Girl you never know niggas don't know how to act when they like a girl all them act different" she said telling facts dudes really don't know what to do after we finished setting up the phone lunch was over
I was now in 8th hour and Mr.Join keeps staring at me it was weird he has never looked at any of the students in the face before when class was over I grabbed my things and proceeded to walk out of class until Mr.Join called my name and told me to wait after class I watched as all of the other students left once the class room was empty Mr.Joins walked over to my desk
"How has your day been Lashay?" He asked smiling
"Its been ok" I respond confused
"Well honestly Lashay the reason why I asked you to stay after class was to really help you I see you have been hanging out with O'Shae" he said I shock my head yes
" now Lashay I don't think you should be hanging out with O'Shae he is a very bad influence on you you are an amazing young women inside and out I think you should find some new friends" he said patting my back in the process I just shooked my head
"Umm can I leave now and may I please have a pass?" I asked adjusting my bag
"Sure here you go" he gave me a piece of paper
I gratefully walked to my next class but the bell rung so of course I was late getting there it was swimming I hate swimming they give us these blue one pieces and think we suppose to do something fancy like dive in and don't make a sound I walked in and handed the teacher my pass she told me to go get dressed and she would get started with the class when I proceeded to walk back to the girls locker room I was called back
"Lashay"
"Yes" no need for you to get dressed your going home parent pick up"
