Star Wars Rebels/ Anesa Koradou

Chapter 3: A New Family

(I'm back, these chapters will slowly get longer, enjoy!)

Sabine and Ahsoka showed me to my room, more like....Sabines'. There were paintings every where....don't get me wrong they were good......but it really made the room pop. I could also tell they she was starting to work her way to the rest of the ship......they're just random paintings around.

I put my journal down. "Where do I sleep?" I asked Sabine. "I guess you get bottom bunk." she answered. "I guess we'll let you get settled." Ahsoka responded. With that they left. I really wanted to know what they were talking about. Like any sane person would do, I eavesdroped. I mean it would only be the way I would be able to get real answers around here. I saw over the top bunk a air duct opening. I looked around...how was I gonna get off the screws? On a small table there was a screw driver. Just what I needed, I thought. I picked it up and climbed up to the top bunk. I unscrewed the screws and crawled in, I didn't know where any of the rooms were.....but I guess I would just have to listen out for them. About five minutes crawling around, I hear voices. I look ahead and found where it was coming from. I crawled over.

"Now what are we going to do with a child?" someone asked. "Me and Ahsoka will train her, mostly Ahsoka, and train her to become a Jedi," Kanan explained "and with that she'll become a valuable member of the fleet." There's more people, a fleet, I thought. "Me and Anesa are going to be like sisters." said Sabine. After that I shift a little, it makes noise, more than I thought. Everyone stops talking, I suspect they were looking up at the ducts. "Ezra" someone said. They didn't even have to finish. The opening is unscrewed Ezras' head polks threw. Before I knew it Ezra pulled me out of the duct. We landed on the floor with a thump. "Come on," Zeb started "not another kid like Ezra." I'm guessing Ezra has done this too. I look up at everyone with a smirk. I don't think they expected me to be eavesdropping. "Looks like we don't need to explain anything." Ahoska said. Chopper, in the background, was making his droid laugh, as though he was saying 'good luck'. I got up.

I felt suddenly very dizzy. I grabbed the nearest person. "Anesa, what's wrong?" asked someone. My world was spinning around me. With that I fell into nothing but darkness. Troubled 'dreams' I had, almost to real.

I saw the inquisitors, the ship, Kanan fighting....losing between the two of them, anger filled their eyes.

I woke up, everyone was shocked around me. I could read it on there faces. "What...happened?" I asked. "You grabbed me," said Kanan "then just fell to the floor mumbling things and jerking around. What.....did you see?" "NOTHING!" I screamed. I ran back to my room, I just didn't want to talk about it. I didn't know these people very well, but I didn't want them to die. From what I have heard the inquisitors are powerful. I jumped into bed and fell asleep. Tommorow I would write about this in my journal.

I woke up, it was very dark. I'm guessed it was very late or early in the morning. I jumped out if bed, careful to not make any noise. I opened the door, I saw a light on at the end of the hall. I walked towards it, it was in the living quarters. Ezra was the one who was awake. "What are you doing up?" he asked. "I just woke up, couldn't sleep." He was holding something in his hand. "What is that?" I asked. "Its a holocron, see." He answered. The holocron opened up. "This is master Obi Wan Kanobi.........." the holocron finished. "How does it work?" I asked. "You connect through the force and it just...opens." He explained. He gave it to me. "What do I do?" I asked. He wrapped my hands around it. "Focus." He said. I closed my eyes and for a moment I concentrated. It opened, then repeated its message. "Cool" I whispered. "We better be off to bed.....but before do you wanna tell me what you saw?" Ezra asked. "No."

I ran off to bed, careful not to wake Sabine. They must have put on the air duct opening back. I opened the door, crawled under the covers and fell asleep.

When morning came I went off to the mess hall for breakfast. Sabine and Hera where there. "Morning" said Hera "how did you sleep?" "Ok." I responded. I grabbed a orange fruit and went off to go write in my journal. I wrote about the holocron, the fleet, and the vision, all in distinct detail. I would have to add in to what I knew later. "ANESA COME HERE!" someone called. I ran off to find them. We where parked and the ramp was wide open. I went out, we were in Lothal. I recognized some of the plant life and the prairie like land. I picked some grass, the feel. Kanan was the one who called me, he was outside next to Ezra and Ahsoka. Shoot, I thought, their gonna ask me about the dream. "What is it?" I asked. "Ezra told me about the holocron, good work." Kanan said "today is going to be your first day of training." "Training for what" I asked. "Traing to become a Jedi." Ahsoka said "I may not be a Jedi now, but I once was." "Ahsoka is going to be your master, Anesa, you are her apprentice." explained Kanan. "Come Anesa." said Ahsoka.

"I want to test your abilities, let's meditate." she explained. We ran out in the grass, the tiny bugs jumping out of our way. About 100 yards from the ship we sat down. "Ok, cross your legs Anesa." she ordered. "Ok..." I did as I was told. "Close your eyes......focus.....what do you feel." I closed my eyes and concentrated. "I feel.....everything." "More specific Anesa." she said. "I feel...the bugs...there life forms.....the crew.....where they are at.....a lothe cat in the distance" I said. "Good" she said "it took me a few trys before I could feel like that...have you meditated before?" "Sometimes when I get bored, I like the feeling" I answered. I opened my eyes and stood up, as did she. "Even Ezra didn't get it that fast...your further ahead than I thought you were." Together we ran back to the ship. We meditated no longer than 5 minutes it seemed.

"Where are Ezra and Kanan?" I asked. "They're behind the Ghost" she responded. "The Ghost?" "The Ghost is what we call the ship, our other ship is the Phantom." she answered.

I could hear like a zapping sound coming from the back of the ship. Me and Ahsoka walked towards the sound. Just around the corner Kanan and Ezra where fighting. "Ahsoka do something!" I yelled. Be for she could say anything Kanan lunged at Ezra. "Noo oooo!" I screamed. I screamed it so loud that everyone in the Ghost could hear. Ezra blocked the hit. I looked over, Ahsoka had a gun with her. I snatched it off of the belt and aimed it at Kanan. "Anesa their just......" I wasn't listening I put the blaster to stun and while Kanan lunged at Ezra, shot him. Meanwhile every one else in the Ghost came racing out, Zeb, Chopper, Hera, and Sabine. I guess they wanted to know why a blaster went off.

Kanan layed stunned on the ground, jerking now and then. I guess my aim got better. Ezra looked at me with disbelief, as did everyone else. I put the gun on the ground and looked at Kanan, he was laying there limp and his lightsaber beside him. "Why?" Ahsoka asked. "Kanan was gonna hert Ezra." "It was just practice, Anesa." I looked down in disbelief. "Hera" Ahsoka ordered "get Kanan to the med-bay." She nodded Sabine and Hera carried him and disappeared around the corner. "I put the blaster on stun only" I explained. She took a deep breath. "Good, I thought you didn't change it."

Ezra looked like he was going to cry. "Ezra, the blaster was on stun, I.....thought he was going to hert you.....I'm sorry." I explained. He did nothing but walk into the Ghost. Chopper on the other hand, after he found out it was only in stun, bursted out laughing as did Zeb.

When I had enough I ran off, thoughts racing through my mind. Will he live? What if I hit him in the head? Where did I hit him? After all the blaster was only on stun, how much damage could it do. I haven't ever been stunned. But the true question was Kanan going to frogive me? Where they going to give me back to my parents and let the inquisitors have me?
