Song: Sleep Through Your Alarms- Lontalius

Morning light poured in from the large window, causing the room to be painted in a tan-pink hue. Birds harmonized outside, insects buzzed, creating the perfect wakeup symphony. The sound barely reached the ears of Bill, who'd been dead asleep for who knows how long.
He stirred a little before his eyes fluttered open. He closed them quickly, the sun was far too bright. The blonde laid there for a few moments more, then he willed himself to sit up. Lazily rubbing his eyes, he sat up and yawned. His tired eyes scanned the room around him as he stretched. None of it made any sense- this wasn't the usual room he woke up in. But, he was used to waking up in strange beds without a clue what had happened the night before.
As he looked around, he vaguely began to remember what happened. Right...I was tired, I was starving, then I ran into Mabel and the boy from the park, and....they took me home. He let out a soft sigh, rubbing his eyes. Then, he noticed something.
Wait, did I...?
The bandages around his arms had been replaced. He didn't remember putting new ones on after he took off the old ones. Fear ran through him. What if someone saw the wounds?! What if they figured it out? They'd hate him. They'd lock him up in one of those cursed white rooms. He'd never see the light of day again. Calm down, he told himself as he held his head in his hands. He was trembling all over now, the fear coursing through his veins.
He felt the warm tears seep into the blanket. He couldn't bear the thought of spending more time in the hospital.
No, just calm down. That won't happen.
He let out a shaky breath, wiping his eyes. He couldn't let Dipper or Mabel see him like this.
Thoughts that go like bullets through you...
Bill nearly fell off of the bed when the door opened. He saw the cute brunette boy peek in. He quickly wiped his eyes as Dipper opened the door.
"You're awake..." Dipper said, nervously rubbing the back of his neck. He hoped that Bill wouldn't realize that they'd slept together. He couldn't help but blush, the blonde looked so adorable, with his hair messy and his eyes tired. But...he noticed how red Bill's eyes were. It looked like he'd been crying. "Are you okay?"
Bill let out a small laugh, forcing a smile. "Allergies. It's dusty in here, I'm allergic to dust." He lied, looking away from the boy. He hated lying, and he didn't want to lie to Dipper of all people. He really did have deep feelings for him, but he wouldn't admit it.
"Oh, sorry about that. I'll have Mabel clean when she gets back," Dipper said, turning and thinking nothing more of it. "Breakfast is downstairs. Come down when you're ready." He walked down the hall, heading downstairs.
Bill let out a sigh of relief. He just dodged a bullet. I better leave once I'm done eating, he thought. I can't slip up again.
He got up and took a few minutes to clean himself up a bit. He went downstairs then, putting his hands in the pockets of his jeans, concealing part of the bandage. He scanned the living room, managing to find his jacket. Relief came over him; finally he didn't have to worry about the bandages on his arms, they would be perfectly hidden under the soft golden sleeves.
Once he slipped the jacket on, he went into the kitchen. Dipper was sitting at the table, staring blankly at the wall. Bill thought it was odd, but he just shrugged and sat down across from him, snapping Dipper out of his daydream.
