Chapter 2:
"We broke up," I said relieved.
"Oh my gosh that's great!" My friend Mia said, "But wait how.... How did you escape
him?"
"Well, there was this guy... "
"Ooh," Kalel butted in.
"I ran into him and knocked him over, when we got up Joe had already caught up and snatched
my arm."
"And...?" my friends eagerly pushed.
"He punched him in the face."
For once my friends were quiet. I sat waiting for a response hoping they wouldn't think he
was dangerous.
"Well say something!"
"Um, well...what did you do?" Kalel asked.
"I thanked him. Joe finally got what he deserved." I said confidently
"But doesn't that scare you? Joe could come back and hurt you or this guy!" Kalel continued.
"His name is Zayn, and I doubt Joe will come back; knowing his strength."
"Well are you going to see this Zayn guy again!?" Mia asked.
"I don't know... I hope." I said smiling a bit.
