Amelia's POV
Have I ever mentioned how much I hate my brother? He thought it would be hilarious to send me out to get the mail, and lock the door behind me, so the whole neighborhood could admire the rat's nest on my head, and my Spongebob pajamas. Yes. That's right. I am currently standing on the front porch of my house in short shorts and a tank top that are Sponge-bob themed. Normally, I wouldn't dare set foot out of my house in something like this. I thought I would make an exception, and my oh-so-sweet brother locked me out. He's laughing at me right now!
"Liam! Open this god-forsaken door right now! I swear to god, when I get my hands on you -"
"You know, it's not nice to make threats." said an annoying voice that I sadly knew all too well. That voice ladies and gentlemen belongs to my next door neighbor. AKA the man who makes it his mission to make my life at school miserable. Of course, he's super cocky because he's hot, and knows it (or as the girls at school would put it "one sexy piece of ass.") Of course, I wouldn't argue with them, that is, if I didn't live right next to him, or know his personality. He's about 6 feet tall, has tousled, slightly shaggy, brown hair and forest green eyes. He's also the captain of the soccer and swim teams, so, of course, he has the one thing that all girls love - abs.
"What do you want Charlie?" I say with annoyance lacing my voice as I turn to face him.
"Nothing really, I just thought I would stop by to see Liam. Are you seriously wearing Spongebob?" He said, amused.
"There is absolutely nothing wrong with Spongebob." I mumbled, my cheeks heating up. I turned back around to avoid further embarrassment, and tried the door again.
"Do you have to bother me on my weekends too? I thought you had enough fun at school. You really don't need to harass me at my house too." I said as I gave up on trying to open the door.
"I was invited by your brother. He said there was something I would want to see. He was totally right." He said while looking me up and down. Oh god. I don't even want to know what he's thinking about right now. He's probably infected with something. Ew. He smirked at my reaction.
Just then, the door swung open. "Charlie!" Liam yelled out.
They did a man-hugs and headed into the living room. I huffed back into the house and whacked my brother in the head with the mail as I walked to the kitchen.
"Hey!" Liam remarked as he rubbed the back of his head.
