I would call myself a gymnast.... People say i'm good at gymnastics - I would say that i'm good at gymnastics.

Just being able to do one move like the splits, handstand, cartwheel, Round-off, back bend, elbow stand or even a split jump anything you would still be able to call you're self flexible.

My tip to becoming flexible- PRACTICE EVERY DAY AND STRETCH WHEN YOU WAKE UP, GET TO SCHOOL OR EVEN WHEN YOUR EATING >>> BUT JUST REMEMBER TO STRETCH AND PRACTICE.
