Chapter 9

😊Sumaia's POV😊

I went to cafe near the college afraid I would bump into Suga again. I enter and sit at a table. A waitress comes and asks "What would you like young lady?"

"An iced tea, please." I replied.

"Okay." he said before leaving.

Waiting for my ice tea, I see someone walk in thinking it was Lisa because we planned to meet up at the cafe. I look up and I was in total shock seeing him.

Suga was there with another girl and the girl had flowers and suddenly she wrapped her arm around his. I didn't want to see him anymore. Tears were forming again. This hurt so much.

I wanted to hide but Suga already saw me, he let go of the girl's hand and came towards me. I ran before he even was close to me. I wanted to go somewhere, where no one found me, where I could just let out all the tears. I could hear Suga running after me. I ran faster not wanting him to catch up.

Unfortunately, he eventually catches up, "Sumaia, please stop and listen to me, you're getting the wron--" he was cut off by me.

"No, Suga I don't need to listen to you. Just go to that other girl. Date her and be happy, I wasn't ever part of your life." I replied and ran all the way to my dorm.

💚V's POV💚

I decided that I wanted to see Lisa and go to her dorm. I ask Ms. Kwak where their dorm was she told me the number. Before I could walk out of the room, I was questioned by Ms. Kwak.

"Wait, why are you going to Lisa's dorm?" she asked.

"Oh, um, she h-had a question a-about the h-homework assignment yesterday, and um I d-didn't get to answer it yet before class started." I said, coming up with an excuse quickly, hoping she wouldn't notice my excessive stuttering.

It took her a moment to process what I said, "Oh, okay V. I was just checking."

I then walk out of the room into the other building where everyone's dorms were.

I eventually find the dorm and knock on the door. The door opened revealing Jayleen.

"Is Lisa here?" I asked.

"No" she replied.

"Do you know where she went?"

"No"

Where was she?

Sumaia and I were going to meet up at a cafe. But when I arrived she wasn't there. Where could she have gone?

Thinking she went to the park, I checked in many parts of the park, but she was still nowhere to be found. I continued my search by checking the places we usually went. I checked the usual places we met like the swings, but instead of finding Sumaia, it was V. Why was he here? I quickly back up quietly and turn around hoping he wouldn't notice me. But before I could even run. I felt a hand grab my wrist. I turned my head quickly seeing V. What do I do?!!!
