Once there was a boy named Jacob and he started training at the Wanneroo boxing club. He did it because he wanted to be a boxer when he was older. He started 6 months
ago. It's ten dollars each Tuesday or Thursday. The training could be punching bags,punching pads,sparing, medicine ball and all special exercises
like push-ups sit-ups ect. Sometimes before we do the push-ups n'stuff. I
would go on a machine that's were you lay back on the chair put your feet on the panels grab the pulling thing and pull back with chair. Then it's the end of boxing. "THE END"!
