So you're here, reading what is basically going to be my journal. This is NOT a fictional piece. The things you find here are going to be my real unedited thoughts on life and the things going on as I make my way through my sophomore year of high school. Some things are going to be happy, others sad, at some points you may want to tell me to just shut up and others maybe you'll be cheering me on. I don't know to be completely honest, I have no idea what this year has in store for me. I guess to start off I'll tell you some basic points about my life. This is completely skip-able.
-I am 16 years old
-I'm a sophomore in highschool, two more years to go after this one!
-I live with my dad, his girlfriend, and my half sister. My brother is with us two days throughout the week, every other weekend, and the holidays vary.
-My parents divorced when I was twelve. That was hellish and I'm sure before this is over you'll be hearing more about that.
-I am a Christ follower. Don't jump ship just yet. I don't necessarilly fall into the sterotype you're thinking of.
-My BEST friend lives in another state, she moved when we were going into the seventh grade. My best friend is great though. We have a ship name, Brannah.
-I've had three boyfriends my entire life. You'll be hearing about two of them pretty often
-Speaking of males, most my friends are guys. I suck at being a girl.
-Some of my favorite things: the color purple, elephants, the number twelve, sour gummy worms, football (American), Harry Potter, TFIOS, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Dr. Pepper
-I play in band but it is basically the bane of my existance. I'm quitting after this school year.
-I've been diagnosed with chronic depression and a social anxiety disorder.
- I bruise easily.
- I am incredibly sarcastic and often come off mean if you don't know me.
- I cry. A lot. At everything.
- I hate sweaty people. Really, the level at which I do is unhealthy.
- I have OCD tendencies but it isn't severe enough to claim I'm OCD
-I have a varied unpredictable taste in music.
- My dream job would be to be a high school English teacher. Unfortuately, realistically, I plan on becoming a Nurse practioner.
- I went to Africa this summer. It was incredible!
I'll add random things to this list periodically! But for now, let's get started!
