The Spell That Changed Everything

Things can't get any worse.
But then it did.

"Adam, join us !" Said grandma with a shiny eye, she really likes Adam, and that is quite a challenge no body seems to know how to win her.

Grandma is one off the most complicated persons ever, she only trust family and even us not completely. Grandpa said that the only persons who were capable to passe through her defenses were hem and mom. She used to be a more social person, he says that her lough was contiguous and full of happiness. She used to be a total different person and that that part of her my mom took it with her.

"Grandma! I don't think anybody outside the family should be with us in this day." Spook Arij waking me out of the train of thoughts inside my hair.

"Arij that's rude! Plus Adam is technically part of the family sense his Jennah's boyfriend."

"Actually Aunt Ella! His not her boyfriend his just an intruder." Respond Rayan to my grandma while looking straight at Adam.

"Not yet! But soon enough. Thank you Ms Ella but my friends are waiting for me. Next time for sure." Adam explained pointing to a table near the entrance where a few boys and girls were seating.

One person caught my eye Jade. She's kind of Rayan's girlfriend, I don't know what I did to her but she completely hates me. Even now that I'm to far from her I can see it in the way she looks at me. Let's just say if looks could kill I would've been six feet under.

The look she's giving me made cold shiver go up my spine.

Without even knowing it my grep on Rayan's hand tightened. And he started squeezing my hand and making small circles in the palm of my hand to comfort me.

And it worked, I relaxed in his touch, I even forgot about jade for a moment and just looked at his beautiful black eyes. His gaze met mine and we stayed that way a while.

His fingers on mine, the way he look at me. It's like his eyes went straight to my soul, it's kind of crazy but those feelings, the ones I feel when I'm with Rayan are what I was always dreaming to have with Adam. I mean Adam is my prince charming, I had a crush on him since ever, but I can't help but compare him to Rayan, and whenever I do that Rayan always wins. Don't get me wrong Adam is a great person but I can't help but think that our relationship will never be more than the one between two friends, and I know for sure that friends don't kiss each other the way he kisses me. So the sooner I talk to him the better.

But right now I can't help but feel good, amazing. Even if Rayan doesn't like me it shouldn't be a problem, cause finally I'm capable to admit that I really like him. And until I get over my feelings to him I won't misguide Adam and that's final.

"Jennah! What's wrong?" Asked Rayan.

"Nothing special, just lost in my own little world." I respond.

"Jennah is always out there, thinking about everything and nothing. I though you'll be used to that at this point." Admitted Arij.

"Yeah I know that. But there was something different this time."he said while squeezing my hand that he's steel holding.

"Hey! You two stop talking about me like I'm not here. Okey?" I said annoyed by the way the two of them always tries to compete about who of them knows me best.

The thing is that they both know me the best, in this exact moment I'm trying to figure how to escape from home after the carfue I know that that's irresponsible but I wold die to get my hands on a drink right now.

I've only had one drink before when we were at the UK, Arij wanted to teach me an age spell that I could use on me and on another person so I used it on me her and Rayan it went great we got ourselves inside this huge famous club and got to drink and dance all night long.

It was amazing but the very next day things weren't that amazing. The hangover got the best of me but I can't help but feel that that night was the best night of my life even though I don't remember every second of it but it was a great night.

I would have to find a way to pass the msg to both Arij and Rayan cause I will love to spend the night with them, at least if I over drunk I'll have company. And that will get my mind of other stuff and will get my body\sensations numb. And I really could use getting numb.

The only way to tell them and avoid getting busted would be to send them texts and hope they agree without causing a scene.

~Need a drink. Meeting at the front porch after we get home.

~Are u crazy. Ella's going to freak out.

Ooof finally I've got something to get excited for tonight.

The rest of dinner couldn't get any longer. Grandma as always killed every attempt to talk about Mom which only got me more and more irritated. I mean I know she loved her and the memory is so awfully hurtful for her, but we only go to those dinners to celebrate her birthdays the least thing we could do is mention her name ones or twice, talk about what an amazing daughter\Mom\wife she was.

Once we reached home I went straight to my room trying to avoid any conversation that would last a long time. I couldn't help but notice that Rayan and Arij did the same thing after about half an hour I was ready and I could feel that grandma and grandpa were both deep asleep, so I sent a msg to both Arij and Rayan that time was it.

Meeting at the door I used my powers to sheep shift on me and on Rayan, Arij did the same and I embraced my self for an awesome night out.
