If only that dream was true

~Amanda's POV~

My name is Amanda Fields and I am 16 years old. As of right now I'm on the bus next to this old lady who will not stop talking to me! "So where are you headed sweetheart?" says the lady. "I'm going to see my grandparents for the summer" I exclaim to her trying not to be rude. "Well isn't that nice" she says. "Yea I guess so", I say. Before she could talk anymore, we were at the bus stop. So I got up and got out of the bus and started to walk to my grandmas house sense it wasn't that far from the stop.

When I arrived at the house, and rang the doorbell and right away I see my grandmas delighted face "Oh Amanda I'm so glad to see you!" she said while giving me a big hug and giving me a sign to come in. "Hi grandma" I said while walking in and setting down my luggage.

"Now your room would be upstairs on the right, make yourself at home", she said.

"Ok thanks" I said back making my way to my room.

As soon as I get in my room I unpack my stuff and immediately go on my phone. I check my messages, my Instagram, and Facebook. Nothing. It's about 4:00 over here and I decide to go take a walk around the neighborhood to get to know the place a little. Maybe even to see if there are any cute boys around here. As I'm walking I catch this one guy walking his dog on the opposite side of me. Man is he cute. He has sparkling blue eyes, dirty blond hair that he goes through with his fingers, and looks like he is around my age.

I decide to go home and eat dinner early because tomorrow me and grandma are going to go into town. Plus, I like to go to bed early than I'm not cranky in the morning. After dinner I go in my room and do my night routine. I put on my pj's, wash off my makeup, and brush my teeth before I go to bed. As I am slowly falling asleep, I start dreaming about me and that one hot guy that I saw down the street today. He was leaning in for a kiss and I leaned into it. It's like I could feel it. Fireworks are going off and it felt magical.. If only that dream was true.. /:
