I woke up and waited for my moronic servants to come and dress me for the day. "Hello! I'm awake!" Two scrawny, young girls came in with my long malachite strapless dress. The girls were identical, except for their necklace that I gave them to tell them apart, E for Ellison, and A for Allison.

"Sorry Princess Pamela." They said, bowing. I thought they are twins, but I didn't care enough to ask. I got out of bed, and they started to dress me.

"You better be sorry! How dare you keep your princess waiting? I give you a place to live and food to eat, you should be GRATEFUL!!" I hated waiting and they knew that. Once they finished dressing me, Ellison braided my gorgeous black hair and Allison did my makeup. She put eyeliner and emerald eye shadow on my jade-colored eyes. I love having slaves, it makes my life easier. Once they finished, I shooed them out. I had to make sure I looked presentable, so I looked in the mirror, approved, and left my forest green room to go to the throne room. I walked past several servants, who either said "Good morning Princess," or they just bowed. When I got to the throne room, I walked in and looked around.

"Daddy?" I called, looking for anything that would tell me he was here. "Daddy?" I shrugged, wandered out of the throne room and went to the kitchen. "Egg white omelet with cheese." I said, expecting one of the stupid chefs to make it.

"Yes, Princess." That accent brought a smile to my face, for once I get to watch the only competent chef cook. I sat at the island.

"Hey Charles." His name isn't Charles but, I can't pronounce his real name since he's French. I gave him that nickname, I don't think he minds. He's tried to teach me how to say his name, but French is too hard. He's fun and I love his stories about his homeland. He also likes to show off, and that's why he's the only servant I like. Today, he told me about his sister, who I remind him of.

"Here you are. One egg white omelet with cheese. Just the way you like it." He said, handing me the plate, fork, and knife. I took a bite and it was amazing.

"It's perfect Charles. Thank you." Charles started making my father's usual breakfast, Chocolate Crêpe Suzette. I watched him cook as I ate.

"You better run along Princess. You have lessons." Charles said, taking my empty plate, putting it away, and then grabbing my father's breakfast. He waved his hand for me to scurry off.

"Alright Charles, good day to you." Walking out, I walked to the courtyard, and sat on the rock wall admiring the flowers. Just as I looked away, my mouth and nose was covered and I passed out. Unknown to me at the time, the twins were watching, thankfully.
