First Day of School

    Prologue

Hi my name is Emma Lilian Hale. I am 15 years old. I am moving from New York to Los Angeles due to my parents being relocated for their jobs. Anyways my parents are Alison Jones and Justin Hale. I have light brown hair with a natural ombre in my hair. I have blue eyes, and i am 5 foot 2. I have 1 sibling, named Sam. He has light brown hair like me and blue eyes, except he's like 5 foot 5. We may sound alike right? Well it makes sense because guess what...we're twins! And i bet you are wondering who is older, and yeah Sam in older but only by a few minutes. So this is my background story. Now let's get on with what's happening right now.

Currently Happening

I was rushing around my room trying to figure out what to take with me and what to leave behind for when the movers were coming to pick up the rest of the stuff. I was frantically running around because i couldn't find my hair curler. Where is it, i thought to myself. I wasn't paying attention when i ran into a box, causing it to fall over, right onto me. I yelped in pain. Then I heard Sam run upstairs to see if I was okay. He ran over to me, "Are you okay?!" he asked. "Yeah I'm fine, I'm just being the klutz i always am." Then i heard mom yelling from downstairs, "Are you guys almost done packing? We need to leave soon or else we will never get to Grandma's before sundown." I rolled my eyes, "Yes mom, we are almost done." The problem was I was nowhere near done so Sam helped me pack up the rest of my belongings.

A Few Hours Later

We were almost to grandma's house. A couple minutes later we pulled up into the driveway. We got out of the car and started to get all of our stuff out of the car, when we realized that Sam was missing. Then i heard a loud snore. Of course he's sleeping, he's always sleeping! So i decided to play a little prank on him. I gabbed my water bottle and opened my water up. Then i splashed my water all over him. He woke up and saw me with the water bottle in my hands. "YOU!" he said. Then he got up and chased me. I screamed and he chased me until he caught up to me. When he did he started tickling me like crazy. I was laughing hysterically. "Uh um, are you to done fooling around cause we could use your help." Then we got up and went over to help.

The Next Day

Beep Beep Beep. Ugh i really didn't want to get up. But i had to so I hit the snooze button. I got up and started getting ready for school. I went to the closet and picked out my outfit. I had picked out a cute shirt white shirt, with a light blue skirt, with cute black flats. Then I took out my curling iron and put light waves into my hair (FYI its fall time, the beginning of a new school year). Then i put on my makeup. After that i went downstairs to get breakfast. Sam was already down theres stuffing his face with food. I went and made myself a bagel. Then we looked at the clock and realized that we had to get to school. On the way out we kissed both of our parents goodbye on the cheek on the way out. "Bye kids love you". "Love you to mom and dad" Sam and I said. Since we lived not very far we walked to school. When we arrived I had butterflies in my stomach, I was sooo nervous. Sam and I had to make our way down to the main office to get out schedules. I had Math first and Sam had science. Great I had to go alone. I started off towards math. I was too busy to looking at my schedule that i bumped into someone and dropped all of my stuff. Great, just what i needed on my first day. Then the person i bumped into knelt down to help me pick up my stuff. I looked up to say sorry. But i definitely did not expect this. When I looked up I saw a very handsome man. He had dark brown hair and beautiful blue/greenish eyes. I started to blush vigorously. "I am soo sorry I wasn't looking where I was going." Geez I just made a fool of myself! "It's ok don't worry about it. Hey are you the new girl Emma?" How did he know my name??? "Um, yeah". "Great, I'm your tour guide I guess you could call me. Oh where are my manners, my name is Luke. I am in most of your classes so I will be showing you around and bringing you to all of your classes. Well we should head to our first period class." "Ok. Let's go."

At this point I was heading to science which was my second period class. When I got there there was one available seat next to some girl I had no idea who she was. When I sat down she was very quit and didn't really talk. Then i decided to talk to her. "Hi, I'm Emma, what's your name?" She looked surprised that I talked to her. "Hi, my name is Sophie." Then Luke walked into the room, god he is gorgeous. Then he walked over to us and hugged Sophie. "Hey, Sophie. I see you met Emma." OMG are they a couple?! "How do you to know each other?" Oh my gosh did I just say that out loud! Geez I'm an idiot! "Oh, well I've known Luke since I was about 5 so we've been best friends ever since." said Sophie. Oh so does that mean he's single? What's wrong with me I just met him?! "Well I've got to go see you two at lunch." said Luke. "Ok bye." Luke turned to leave the classroom. Since it was the first day of school we didn't have lots things to do in class so we just talked. "So, I saw the way you looked at Luke, you so like him" Sophie squealed. "OMG was it that obvious???" Sophie started to laugh. "No, don't worry only I caught it." Phew. Then the bell rang and it was time for lunch. Can't wait to see what will happen next period.
