I shouldn't be asking for my rights to be respected.

I shouldn't be asking for new right to be created.

And it's not just about asking, it shouldn't be even demanding.

Because our human rights should be something that just "is", not something that is just written but "no one" lives.

Our rights should be a lifestyle, not just some things we have to fight for.

It's not what we deserve, it's how it should be.

All that "work hard and you'll get what you want" is BULLSHIT.

It's about luck that I have a shelter and  food to eat. It;s about luck the communities I was born into.

If I'm from a working class or rich family, if I'm queer or straight, if I'm Black or White, if I'm Trans or Cisgendered, if I was born in Mexico or the U.S.

If we could get what we want or need from working hard, our Farmworkers would be higher class.

We wouldn't need to cross borders or be abused just to have food and shelter.

But that's simply the way it is now. And that's why we all are here now.

Because sadly we do have to fight, not only to have fair food but to improve the living conditions of our people; to brake, crumble and restore the unjust systems of oppression that destroy us,

So we should fight, stand up, shout loud, sing and dance so little by little we make the change we deserve.
