Chapter 9

Cher's P.O.V

I woke with a start when my phone went off with Delilah's ring tone 'Chasing Cars'

"Hello?" I answered sleepily

"Hey, you up?"

"Well I am now." I rolled my eyes.

"Smartass." She laughed making me smile. "I'll be there in 30."

"Alright, let me get off so I can get ready, Bye boo."

"Bye babe." I hung up and got out of bed slowly

Today is gonna be my 'Lazy' day. I couldn't stop thinking about last night. I woke up around 12 and couldn't go back to sleep so I went to Valorie's and we went for a walk and we were walking past the basketball court when we saw Justin and Ryder sitting and talking. Of course we couldn't hear what they said. We watched them for a little and then Ryder pushed Justin making him fall on the ground. Making Valorie and I laugh. We stayed at the basketball court for maybe 30 minutes until Valorie and Ryder left. I was in a good mood yesterday I'm not sure why really, but oh well. After they left me and Justin alone we were messing around. Like always we ended up making out. This time was different though. The sparks were 50x Stronger and it wasn't filled with need, but with passion. I had already broken a promise. I can't break another one. I had to stop my feeling for Justin somehow and soon. I groaned and walked over to my closet and got my green 'Angry birds' shirt that was really Delilah's and my yellow hoodie. I pulled on some sweats and put my bed hair in a pony tail and a head band over the stands of hair I missed. I walked into my bathroom brushed my teeth and used mouthwash. I grabbed my contact case unscrewing it and putting my contacts in. I walked out of my bathroom grabbing my backpack, phone and headphones. I walked down the hall to Rouge's room to hear a familiar noise. I opened the door and saw Rouge on the side of her bed, still in her pajama's throwing up in a waste basket. I frowned at the sight. She looked horrible and I immediately knew why she was throwing up. I groaned and walked over to her rubbing her back and laughing

"Now you know not to drink right?" I said smiling, but dissapointed all in the same way.

She looked up, shocked "How did you k-know?"

"Rouge I'm not stupid, stay home and in bed till I get home, I'll text mom and tell her. You'll be good in time for practice tonight and I'll get your homework from your classes."

She nodded, but soon hurled over throwing up again in the waste basket. I kissed the top of her head when I laid her back down and bringing her some food and OJ.

"Love you see you after school." I said walking out

She groaned in some sort of responce. I walked out and grabbed my phone texting my mom that Rouge was sick and throwing up, but she will be good in time for practice (Our garage band). I put my phone in my pocket and walked outside to see Delilah pulling up. I jogged to the car and got inside.

"Where is Rouge?" Delilah asked.

"She got drunk last night, She's staying home." I said opening a monster I grabbed from the fridge and taking a drink.

Shge tensed up,but then relaxed. "What about practice?" She asked pulling out of my neighborhood.

"She will be fine in time." I said sighing and laying back on the seat after taking another drink.

She nodded then turned on the radio and we listened to music on the way too school. I have a car I just don't like driving it very often. About 10 minutes later we pulled into the parking lot of the school and Delilah parked in he original spot. I started getting out,but at the last minute noticed my foot was stuck. I tripped and fell over landing on my bum making Delilah, Zoey, Valorie, and Chloe start laughing. I stood up and looked over at Delilah. She was laughing so hard no sound was coming out of her mouth which made me laugh more.
