Chapter 4 - You're not a good liar

i just saw Harry coming close with Joanna, his date. He had a fake smile on hid face, probably because he saw Danielle wih Liam. Poor Harry. 

"Hello guys" Harry said, trying to look happy. 

I kindly smiled to him. So did Zoe. 

"Hi Harry, Joanna. You look nice together" LIam said.

"You too Li" Harry said, but i could see pain inhis eyes. Real pain.

Liam smlied and then looked at Danielle. I was staring at him, I couldnt get my eyes off his smile. 

"Shold we go in?" Zoe said. I finally stopped looking at Liam. 

I shook my head to forget all these things about Liam. "Sure" I agreed, and smiled.

We just entered the gym. Wow! It's really nice decorated. So romantic..We found Zayn and Louis sitting his their dates. We sat on the same table. As we sat down, Liam and Daniellle where opposite to me. I think it was a really awkward moment, because noone was talking. I was looking at Liam, Louis was looking at Harry, Harry was looking at Danielle, and Zayn was looking at me. Oh god. The girls started talking, so they broke the ice. I noticed that Harry was still looking at Danielle, he seemed to be a little lost in his dreams. Jesus, what he's gonna do? Falling in love with your mate's girlfriend is not really nice. What i am talking abbout? Yesterday night i dreamed about me and Liam kissing. I automatically looked at him, and surprised, i saw that he was looking at me too. Our eyes finally met, and that moment. Oh..I paniked, and my cheecks were burning. I looked away for a minute to calm down. Why i feel so uncomfortable when Liam is looking at me? Why i act like that? I can barely hear a voice interrupting my thoughts. 

"Niall?" Zayn said, raising an eyebrow.

"Yeah?" I said, feeling embarassed

"Im talking to you. Do you want a drink?"

"Yes, sure..Zoe, what bout you?"

"Umh..yeah" 

"Okay we'll be back in 5" Zayn said, and left the table with Perrie(his date). 

"Wanna dance with me babe?" I heard Danielle saying to Liam, almost whispering. 

"Yeh, let's go" Liam said and smiled to her. 

My heart is beating faster now. They left the table too. I looked them as they walked away, but when thyey started dancing i couldnt watch them anymore for a weird and unknown reason. I dont know, it didnt feel right. I felt jealous.

"Are you okay mate?" I heard Harry saying, looking concerned.

"Yes, im fine" 

Louis and Hanna(his date) went to the dance floor too. Zayn and Perrie just arrived, and gave us our drinks. The time was passing by, and i was in my world. I noticed that, about 10 minutes later, Zayn and Perrie went to dance too. 

I turned to Zoe, and said " Would you like to dance wih me, beautiful lady?" 

She deserves to have fun today, she;s an incredible girl. I have to forget about this stupid dream and my complicated feelings.

"Of course" She agrred, and smiled. She's so sweet. But no, i dont think she deserves to me, She needs to find someone better. 

We stood up an went to the dance floor.

I put my arms around her waist, and we were ancing slowly as "Total Eclipse of the Heart" was playing. At some time, Zoe came closer. My heart was beating so fast. My lips were too close with hers now, so so close. I closed my eyes, waiting for a kiss. Instead of this,she whispered "You're not a really good liar Ni"

I totally froze.

What the hell did she just say?

Liam's P.O.V.

Total eclipse of the heart was playing, my favourite song. However, i didnt feel really good. I could see Niall and Zoe were dancing. Why i feel like this? I should be happy that my best friend finally found a girl. But i don't. This is really strange. Danielle is staring at me, but i can't look her in the eyes. I feel that i don't love her anymore. Yah, right. Im an idiot. She's the perfect girl, but i don't know. I feel that my heart belongs to someone else. No, NO. I must not think this way. With the corner of my eye, i could see Zoe coming so close to Niall. Oh my god, they're going to be kissed. Noooooo, i wanted to shout, but i couldnt.  Why it feels so strange? Something;s wrong with me. I turned on the other side, so i couldnt look at them. Then, I saw Harry staring at us. When my eyes met with his eyes, he turned his look away. Why? What;s wrong? This night sucks, for all of us.
