Chapter 1 

Anna's P.O.V

It was 6 in the morning while I layed in bed until my annoying alarm clock woke me up. Ugh first days of school always suck and I didn't feel like going back to school. I got outta of bed and headed in the bathroom for a shower. Btw my name is Anna and I'm currently a senior  in my High school. I'm almost out of where I call prison but in reality high school. I wasn't too glad about the first day, but I was glad i was close to finishing high school. I've been living in California with my parents and younger sister for as long as I can remember now and its been alright. After I'm done with my shower I head to my room to get dressed in some jeans and a Rolling Stones t-shirt. I didn't want to go all out, just casual. I head downstairs to be greeted by a plate full of pancakes.

I begin to eat a few and then I head outside to start my walk to school. The nice windy breeze hits my face. I don't live to far from my school so I basically walk almost everyday.I get to school and head inside. I enter the office and ask for my schedule. I glance at it and notice my first class to be English.

As I'm turning the corner to get to class I accidentally bumped into someone.

" Ah..sorry." i say 

"Uh no problem .." a cute Irish accent says.

He had one of the most bluest eyes that I've seen. 

" Uhm..hi I'm Niall..and I'm new here..do you think you can help me find my first class " 

" Uhm yeah..sure and my name's Anna " 

" Great ! " he said 

He showed me his schedule and I noticed he had the same first class as me

" Oh you have the same class as me come on Ill show you where it is "

" Oh haha awesome "

We enter the room and we both take a seat in the middle of the room. The teacher comes in and starts to talk abut class rules and what not I really just get tired of hearing it so I just start to daydream

Soon enough the bell finally rings and we all head out of the classroom. I look to see if Niall seemed confused to where to go, but then I notice he already made friends with a couple of jocks. Of course he probably didnt even want to be my friend because honestly I'm pretty invisible in this school. I'm just that quiet shy girl in class. My friends are the only ones that know my true personality , but unfortunately theve moved on and became friends with people they have more stuff in common. I sigh to myself as I enter my Science class.

I sit down on one of the labs. I begin reading a book called "The Fault In Our Stars" . I notice through the corner of my eye someone sits down next to me. I ignore to look up and i just keep reading.

" Hey " the familiar voice says

I look up to see Niall noticing me.

" So uhm..i was wondering ..uhm do you wanna have lunch together..?" 

I thought about it and just asked myself why he would want to have lunch with a girl like me. He already made friends with the jocks and those girls that barely dress in any clothes.

" Uhm..no i think you probably don't want to " 

"Why not..?" he asked

" Because..i feel like your just saying that just so i wont feel bad. A guy like you probably doesnt want to hang out with a girl like me."
