I can hear my parents shouting and screaming again. It never stops. Am I used to it? Maybe, but at times I want to scream at them and leave this stupid home.
They were just fighting over my dad's underwear, great. So their argument goes on like this:
"Who stole my underwear?"
"Who would steal an underwear of yours?"
Then yea, it continued, non-stop.
Why does my life have to be like this? Forget it, I'm always used to it.
I go downstairs and eat my breakfast, not disturbed by their argument.
I've always wonder when will they stop. The question is, will they ever stop?
Ugh, I hate my life.
I go to college and I can still hear them in my mind. Is that how loud they are from here?
I wondered who could have a life worse than my own sh*tty life. I guess nobody.
Poor people may have not any money to buy their needs. At least, their family is living a happy life.
There's no use of being rich and having a boring life. Money can't buy love and happiness.
I went home and my parents keep on throwing things to each other. It doesn't matter, we live in a rich family anyways.
They were still fighting over about that topic. Wow. Are you seriously kidding me?
It seems that I don't have dinner. I guess I just have to get my leftover pizza last night.
I went past through my bedroom. I see my room in a mess. Possibly, they went and fought here again.
I screamed: "What the f*ck mom! Why do you have to blame my things!"
The phone in my pocket vibrated. I reached in and held it out.
Martha texted me: "Hey Eli, do you want a sleepover in your house?"
I replied: "Are you sure? You're gonna regret it."
"Oh, are your parents fighting again?"
"Yes, everytime. Okay, I have to sleep. Goodnight."
I've always wondered leaving the house myself. But can I do it myself alone? Will my parents care? Probably not. They'll be more focused on their fight.
I go to bed and sleep, hearing the voices of my parents shouting at each other.
