Ch. 1 Late Night Studio Session

Nano's POV

"Ok boys I know you are all tired but we are almost done recording the last song for the album". All of the boy were here, except for Jay. I sent Big Kev to go and get him. Knowing Jay, which I know I do, he probably got lost.

Jewels's POV

I was so hungry, my stomach was the only thing being heard, besides my heavy breathing. I found a nearby bench, I walked over to it and sat down. It was frigid, and all I had on was a poorly knit sweater, trying to keep me warm. My shoes were old and ragged. I bent down to tie my shoes, but before i did, I saw this curly haired boy crossing the street, just when a truck was coming. I acted on my instincts and ran to him, knocking him over, letting the truck hit me instead. Before the darkness consumed me, I felt someone grab my hand and say "Stay awake help is on the way love".

Jay's POV

Me being the clumsy oaf I am, I just had to get lost. Big Kev is supposed to come and find me somewhere, but in all that rush of trying to get out of my hotel room, I left the directions in my room, I just didn't know where I was going. I texted him, and before I knew it, I was pushed away from the street, my phone flying out of my hands. I turn around and see a petite brunette girl on the floor. I run to her immediately and drop right next to her, I call an ambulance and sit by waiting for the ambulance to arrive. There is blood around her, I grab her and and tell her to stay awake and that help is on the way. The ambulance arrives in less that 5 minutes, I give the paramedics my name and number, so that the hospital can call me, when this poor girl wakes up. They put her on the stretcher and leave. I sit on the bench and start crying. I hear my phone ringing, I walk to it and its Big Kev calling me. "Hello? Jay where in the world are ya? I've been trying to contact you but you don't pick up". Kev can hear me crying, he stops reprimanding me and asks why am I crying? I just tell him to come and pick me up. He then says "Where are you? Do you know what street you are on"? I look around until I find a sign that says 221B Baker Street. I give him the address and tells me he is going to be there in less that 5 minutes. Not even 5 minutes went by when I see Big Kev pull up in the van. He jumps out the car and I run into his arms and start sobbing hysterically. "Jay mate, what's wrong tell me". I look at him and say "I was *hiccup* walking to cross the street, and I *hiccup* didn't see that *hiccup* there was a truck coming *hiccup* and I get pushed out of *hiccup the way by this *hiccup* small brunette *hiccup* girl". It's going to be alright Jay, NO IT'S *hiccup NOT! That poor girl *hiccup* risked her life *hiccup* for me, and she *hiccup doesn't even *hiccup* know *hiccup* me". Kev told me to get into he car and buckle up, I did what he told me and we drove off to the studio.

Max's POV

Only Jay would get lost in the middle of the night. Right on cue, Kev comes in through the door with a disheveled looking Jay trailing behind him. He looks like hell. His eyes are puffy, red, and swollen, like he had been crying or something like that. We all go to him and ask him why is he crying. He immediately looks at Kev and he tells us what happen, while Jay goes into the corner, gets on the floor and hugs his knees to his chest and starts crying uncontrollably. Siva runs to him and tries to call him down,Jay is holding on to Siva for dear life. I look over to see Jay and Siva talking, then I see Siva getting up, and helping Jay get up, leading him to the couch.

Nano's POV

I walk over to Jay and ask him how is he dealing with what has happened to him. He looks at me with a hopeless stare and says "You should have seen *hiccup* this poor girl Nano *hiccup* she put her life *hiccup* on the *hiccup* line for me *hiccup* and she doesn't *hiccup* even know who *hiccup I am". He looks at me and I tell him that for now there isn't anything we can do for now. Just then his phone rings and he runs to answer it outside.

Jay's POV

I got a call from the hospital, I ran outside to answer it. "Hello? Good Evening Mr. McGuiness, this is nurse Carrie from Saint Thomas' Hospital (A/N I'm not sure if that's a real hospital.) the reason I called you was to inform you that the patient Jewels is awake, and if you would like to see her you may". I stop my tearing and start jumping up and down. "Thank you so much nurse Carrie, I will be there in less that 10 minutes". I hang up the phone and go running inside, ecstatic to telling Nano if I can go and see her. I see Nano and immediately tell him that if he can give me permission to go and see her. He looks at me and says "Go right ahead Jay" the boys overheard me and said "We're coming"! Tom then says "I think I speak for all of us when I say, we all want to see the girl that saved your life". I walked, no I should say sprinted to the car, and sat down, Max on my left Seev on my right & the rest of the boys upfront. As we get to the hospital I feel guilty. I don't even know the name of the girl who saved my life. I do remember the nurse saying her name was Amelia? I hurried to the counter and desperately asked for a nurse named Carrie, she turned around and said "I'm Carrie how may I help you this evening? Hello Carrie my name is Jay McGuiness and I am looking for a Jewels. I looked at the nurse and said "You had had just contacted me to let me know the patient Amelia was awake. Ah yes Mr. McGuiness, right this way, room 28". The closer I got to the room, the more I felt culpable. I opened the door & received a confused look from the girl, then I took a deep breath and said. "Amelia?"
