5: Since when?

"Yeah...maybe you noticed it" Wes was quite nervous.
"T-tell me then" Laurenz was confused.
"Did you know that Dave is gay?"
Laurenz laughed.
"Pfffff Dave? There's no way hahah"
"...He is, Lau"
Laurenz stopped the laughing, Wes seemed to be serious.
"Wait really? Hm... Okay and what with that?"
"Did you see the way he looks at me?!"
"Y-yeah I noticed it before but I didn't mind at all, and what?"
"I think you don't get it bro" Said Wes with straight face.
"Hm?"
"I'M NOT GAY LAU!!" Yelled Wes quietly to him.
Laurenz laughed and layed his arm on Wes while laughing more.
"Hahah ooh this is good. Hah alright alright, do you really think he likes you?"
"Y-yeah well, he's continuously blushing when I'm with him... I know when someone's in love with me Lau"
Laurenz smiled.
"Pf yeah sure. I need to prove if he's really gay tho. Anyways, if he is, you'll have to live with that!"
Wes looked down.
"Hhh...this is gonna be uncomfortable..."
They walked to the dance floor again, Sike followed.
While walking Sike approached to Laurenz.
"Hey, then if Dave wants something with your brother, what's gonna happen when he says no?" Asked Sike worried.
"I don't know...but I hope that he understands it" They kept walking.

In the dance floor, Wes took a seat and Dave was looking at him. After a while, John and Dave took a seat as well, Dave sitting next to Wes. Laurenz laughed and glanced at his brother, he didn't do anything.
Sike ordered more beer for all of them so they'll get very drunk.
"You think this is a good idea?" Said Wes quite embarrassed.
"This was your idea brother!" Chuckled Laurenz wickedly.
"Nhg...whatever"
Sike smiled and looked at Dave, he seemed happy.
Laurenz grabbed his phone and started to draw as always while waiting for someone to start a conversation. John looked around and poked Wes on the arm.
"Yes?" Replied quietly.
John pointed at Dave meaning that he wanted to talk later.
Wes laid back and looked at John.
"I knew it..."
He looked at Dave, who smiled at him and glanced at John again.
"Uh...John, is Dave gay?" Whispered to his ear"
John shruged and blushed a bit.
"Hh...alright.."
Laurenz got up and looked at Sike.
"Sike, can we talk for a sec?"
She looked up to him and woke up, she glanced at Wes while answering.
"Yeah sure" She smiled wickedly at Laurenz.
Wes knew what they were thinking. "There's no way I'm gonna stay alone with Dave" he thought.
But before he could notice it, they were all gone, including John.
Dave glanced at the door that just closed.
"Well, that was fast" Said Dave and glanced at Wes. "I guess we're alone now"
"Y-yeah..." he laid back on the chair and tried to not look at him. "Shit" thought.
Dave grabbed his beer and drank. Wes seemed to be nervous and blushed a bit.
"...Where do you think they went?" Asked Dave while looking at the door.
"Uh..." He looked away. "I have no idea"
"...Wes, something's wrong?" Dave seemed worried.
"N-nothing, it's just-" he looked at Dave's eyes, they were so blue and pretty, "geez..." he thought.
"Just....?"
"Nothing! Silly questions, hah." Wes tried to laugh a bit.
"...okay..." Dave was confused.
"..."
"Ahm, could you come with me for a moment?"
"Oh god no" Thought Wes. "He's gonna kiss me or even fuck me, no no no no no no....wait...why am I complaining? I'm not gay though...but..." Wes looked at Dave with straight face and blushed a bit, "He's....not that bad...hm"
"Sure" he replied.
Dave smiled warmly and got up.
They walked outside to the parking and Dave pointed to his house.
"That's my house, you and your brother can sleep here tonight if you get drunk, Sike as well"
"Oh, thanks Dave!" he smiled at him, "That's very kind of you"
Dave smiled happy.
"So...you got me here to say this?" Asked Wes.
"W-well not exactly" Dave approached, Wes was almost touching the wall behind him.
"D-Dave?" Wes blushed and laid on the wall.
"I-I'm sorry Laurenz" Said Dave with a weak voice and approached even more to Wes. He blushed deeply and kissed him.
Wes didn't know how to react, that was better than he thought.

Meanwhile, at the other side of the building, Sike and Laurenz were laughing wickedly. John chuckled and did a sign of question.
"You mean why are we here?" Said Sike, John nodded.
"Oh well Wes said that Dave was probably in love with him so we left them alone for a while" Replied Laurenz.
John was quite shocked, he looked down with a sad face.
"J-John?" Laurenz seemed to regret what he said.
John looked around and asked with a sign were they were now.
"Uh, probably inside yet" Said Laurenz. Sike looked through the window.
"They're...gone?"
"What? Where are they then?"
John shruged and Sike glanced at him with worried face. He heard a weak moan and looked around with surprise.
Laurenz and Sike were confused.
John did some steps and followed the sound with curiosity.

"D-Dave what are you doing?" Said Wes while blushing, Dave was kissing his neck, he stepped back.
"O-oh I-I'm sorry I-" He did another step backwards, "I didn't mean to do that but..." he looked down and glanced at Wes. Wes lifted his hand to Dave's cheek and kissed him again, laying back on the wall. After intense kissing Dave noticed something behind him.

"..."
Dave recognised that presence.
"...no..." He looked back slowly.
"...John..."
John's face was like he just got shot in the chest, a single tear fell down his cheek as he stood there.
"No no no no John this is not what it seems!"
Dave approached slowly to him but John stepped back.
"J-John I-"
"Don't touch me."
This was the first time that Dave listened to John's voice in years. His voice was serious and shocking.
"..." Dave stepped forwards and tried to grab john carefully but he refused and pushed his arm out.
"John..." Dave sobbed a bit.
He walked away, Laurenz and Sike just walked in scene. Laurenz looked at his brother with confused face and then glanced at Dave. He fell to his knees and looked at John, who was walking away from him, he started to cry quietly. Dave, the happiest boy in the squad, was actually crying.
Laurenz looked to them again and realised what happened.
"Oh no..." He ran to Dave and comforted him.
He woke up and looked forward to his distant friend.
"JOHN!" Yelled Dave and started to walk to him.
"JOHN!!" He started to run.
John could hear the last yell and looked back with his corner eye. Laurenz knew what John would do and started to run towards Dave.
"DAVE NO!"
He didn't stop and when he got closer John twisted his wrist and swang a knife from his pocket towards his face.
Instead of hitting Dave, John hitted Laurenz who ran to protect Dave.

Laurenz's body stayed still, John was shocked. Dave stepped back and looked at Laurenz.
"L-Laurenz?"
Laurenz turned slowly to Dave and smiled happy, Dave was terrified when he saw the huge cut on the middle of his fronthead.
...
Laurenz's body dropped to the floor.
