"Genso where you" I looked around the cave and the mountain where our cave was, but I couldn't find him. I went back inside and found a note.
Dearest Y/N
I'm sorry I had to leave you my child, don't wait for me because I cannot return. Please know that I love you and I had no choice, but to leave. Take care.

Silent tears fell from my face as I read the letter. I quickly folded it up and tucked it away in my pocket. Then I packed my things and left my cave. As I was walking down the mountain I looked at the f/c cap Genso gave me and I promised not to give up until I found him.
