The date is December 14, 2026. Today Mr. Random finally decided to move around. He doesn't like moving because he is pretty stiff. He hasn't moved since a week after my mother died. I think he really liked her, and that's the only reason he is still with me. I would have left me, I can be loud and annoying at times. An amazing thing happened today, we heard the Emergency Broadcast System on the radio! That means there are other people who are surviving this! It said that the virus was contained along the entire west coast of the United States and that the military are fighting the biters. They are in southeastern California. The EAS stated the the virus would be fully eliminated in around three more years! That means I can see actual people, that will speak at least. I can't stand how quiet Mr. Random is. I just can't understand! If I die and someone is reading this, listen to me, do not talk to Mr. Random, I beg of you! Tomorrow we are planning to go to a fast food place that went out of business a couple of years before this virus took over the west coast.
