Happily in Love

Chapter 1: Mornings

It was a sunny morning in London. The sun shone from Lily and Richard's room curtains, making Lily wake up a little. She slowly opened her eyes and looked at the ceiling. Richard was still fast asleep, recalling the night before. Lily soon turned her head over to look at her husband who was sleeping, she smiled to herself and then brushed her fingers through his dark hair. Richard started to wake up immediately and open his eyes. "Morning" he said, still half asleep. "Morning Mr. lazy pants" Lily said giggling a bit. Richard smiled and moved a peace of Lily's hair from her face and tucked it behind her ear "your beautiful" he said, which made Lily blush. As they were going to go in for a kiss, little Jack came in and jumped on his parents bed. "Morning!" He said very energetically
Lily giggled "morning darling" she said "why are up so early?" She asked curiously. "Daddy said that he would take me ice skating today" Jack said. Lily turned to look at Richard "oh really, ice skating, isn't that too dangerous, Richard he's only 3?" She said "Well, I mean it's that time of the year again love" Richard told Lily. "And besides, Jack needs a little father and son time with me." Lily thought for a moment "please mummy please!" Jack begged "oh alright, but listen to your father at all times" Lily told Jack.

Soon Richard and Jack got ready. "Be careful!" Lily said as Richard and Jack made their way out the door.
