"GRAYYY!" I screamed. Natsu stood in shock before he ran over to gray and picked him up and carried him in side the house. I looked up to see the man who held the gun in his hand was...not a policeman... It was my dad.
"YOU MONSTER!" Hot tears ran down my face I ran back in side. Gray laid on the floor coughing blood. Natsu was beside him. I quickly ran over pressing my hands against his wound trying to stop the blood.
"Gray, talk to me!" Natsu yelled.
"I-m he-ere " he coughed.
"Gray, I'm so sorry" more tears ran down my face. He shook his head. Police men crowed around the front door And began to knock loudly.
"Its the police open up!!!"
I looked at natsu and natsu tried to pick up gray. Gray pushed him away.
"We have to go" natsu demanded.
"Leave me, I'll get in the way" gray voice was more quit and soft.
"I can't leave you, YOURE MY BROTHER" Tears ran down Natsus face.
Gray shook his head. "Take lucy f-far away." He put his shakey hand on natsus "thank y-you br-brother" then he laid his head on the cold ground with his eyes closed. Natsu looked down as tears ran down his face. I leaned over hugging natsu. He hugged back tight as I felt his tears drop on my shoulder.
Then a bang on the door snapped us back to what was happening. We pulled away from each other and stood up wiping our tears. "They are trying to break the door down." I said. Natsu put a blanket over gray after I kissed his forehead. And we ran out the back door.
"Where's gajeel?" Natsu looked around. Then a motorcycle pulled up with a bag.
"Where's gray?" Gajeel said as he sat on the motorcycle.
Natsu looked down."he didn't make it"
Gajeel face was shocked and angry. I climbed after natsu, hugging his waist.
"They are trying to break in the house" natsu told gajeel.
Gajeels hands on the motorcycle became tighter. He pulled his front of the house. Millions of police men scattered over the front lawn. Gajeel got off with a gun in his hand.
"Gajeel!!" Me and natsu both managed to scream.
"I'll hold them up. Just get out of here!" He yelled back taking cover behind a broken down car, they seemed to never fix. Natsu nodded.
"Thanks brother" natsu said before he scooted up and so did I. He began to drive fast and turn around and drive through the hardwood forest behind the house. The ground was uneven. I hugged natsus waist tight and laid my head on his back. I felt one of his hands thumb rub my hand softly.
I heard sirens. They were still close. I heard flapping. It was loud. I looked up to see a helicopter. Natsu drove faster as we saw they spotted us by putting a bright light on us. "stop. We will shoot." A loud voice from the helicopters intercome said.
Police cars and motorcycle began to drive behind us. Most of the cars were stopped by the small opening because of all the hardwoods.
Suddenly we pulled out in a field and it stopped with a big tall brick wall.
"Natsu"I said afraid. He stopped the motorcycle. Police poured out in to the field.
"What are you doing??!" I yelled. He stopped me with a kiss. "I don't want to ever see my father again." I began to cry
"You won't, trust me." He kissed my fore head, by now all the police stood beside their vehicles with guns ready.
"When I say jump. Jump over that wall." Natsu said.
"What about you?!"
"I'll b right beside you" he smirked.
I nodded. Natsu got off the motorcycle and stood up. "I SURRENDER" he yelled. He looked at me, his face was sweaty and dirty. He smiled. The police held their guns down.
"GIVE US THE GIRL" they yelled back. Natsu walked slowly to me and put his hand on my wrist tugging me.
"Let's run away from everything" he whispered gently to me be fore he jumped on the front of the motorcycle and began to drive fast up the hill. I warped my hands tighter around natsu.
"JUMP!" Natsu screamed. Gun shots fired.I did as he demanded by pushing my feet on the seat as I hit the edge of the tall brick wall, making me cough. I landed on the other side on my side.
"Ughh" I said as my body was covered in cuts and bruises. I stumbled up. And leaned against the wall as I stood. "Natsu?" I said as I began to cough I looked but couldn't see him. Then I saw him laying on the ground to my far left. He wasn't moving. "Natsu!" I yelled. I crawled over quickly to natsu. I flipped him over, two bullet wounds were in his chest. Blood ran down from his mouth. Hot tears began to flow from my eyes. Then I felt his touch wipe my tears away. I looked down he was barely alive.
"Natsu, please stay !" I yelled
"L-luce," he coughed more blood. "You gave me all the happiness I've ever looked for" he said before his hand fell from my face and his big eyes fluttered shut. I laid my head on his bloody chest and screamed and cried. I loved him.
