Chapter 5-bed rest

_______________________________

+Khloe+

I have never been so bored in my life.

Turns out my aunt was right, every time i stand up i get super dizzy.

I guess loss of blood does that...

On the bright side, only four more days to go.

I was currently scrolling through twitter while Justin was in the shower.

My mind was somewhere else though.

It wasn't thinking about anything i was reading, i was thinking about how badly i screwed up.

I really screwed up.

Justin seemed a little mad at me...i didn't know what he was feeling.

He hasn't been saying much to me, just asking if i needed anything.

I looked up when i heard the water go off, watching as he came out a moment later in his boxers and messy hair.

I looked over at the clock, 7:46.

I still have another two hours before even a chance of getting some sleep.

Not that i could sleep.

See what Justin didn't know, was that now i have a lot of time on my hands. an email i read today made me paranoid all over again.

And i guess it must've shown because Justin looked at me and must've thought i looked like i had just seen big-foot.

"Khloe whats up?" he asked quietly.

"Umm, i'm a little thirsty, could you please get me some water?" i asked quietly.

I hated how i couldn't do anything for myself, he had to do everything.

"I'll be right back" he mumbled.

I still had that email memorized:

Khloe Parker,

Please be informed that your father will be released in a months time. You claim that he only laid a finger on you once, and all he did was threaten you, in that case.

Sorry for any inconvenience, feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

I was still rereading it in my mind when Justin sat next to me setting a glass of water on the table beside me.

"Thank you" i whispered.

I honestly don't think we've had an actual conversation since we came home.

"Khloe are we like, in a fight or something?" he asked.

"I don't know"

"I don't want us to be in one but you're not really talking to me" he whispered.

"I've been waiting for you to say something" i admitted.

He smiled, laying down beside me.

"Well, i love you, and can we try to just put this behind us?" he asked.

"I love you too and you need a break. Tomorrow Jackie can come over" i said.

Jackie was my best friend. I've known her since fourth grade. We've been through practically everything together. Especially when my mom was still around...

"I don't want to leave you"

"You need to, go hang out with Ryan and Chaz and Fredo like you did almost everyday" i pouted.

"But-"

"No" i cut him off.

"Alright" he sighed.

I took a deep breath before returning to twitter.

"Jackie, where's Justin?" i asked quietly.

"What do you mean?" she asked, looking at me like i was crazy. "you guys broke up after that whole episode thing"

"We...what?"

"Its been a month Khloe, time to get over it" she sighed.

I scanned my surroundings, noticing i was sitting in Jackie's living room.

We broke up?

Why would that happen?
~

My eyes shot open, breathing heavily.

What did that dream mean?

I can't loose him, i just can't.

I sat up, looking over at the clock, seeing it was only Three in the morning.

I took a deep breath, looking over at Justin, who was peacefully sleeping with cute little snores escaping.

I smiled, laying back down.

But i couldn't sleep, so this was going to be a long night.
