Knee High Socks and Over-Sized Sweaters

When Louis woke up in the morning Niall had already left for work. He got up and put on some black leggings with another one of his infamous over-sized sweaters, this one was a baby blue color with two white stripes around the wrists.

He left his hair as it was, a hot mess, and went to watch some movies in the living room. He sat on the couch for a while skimming through Netflix but  couldn't shake the feeling that be should be doing something else and that's when it hit. Harry. He didn't know why but be felt like he should talk to him, at least hear him out. He grabbed his phone from the coffee table and went to  blocked numbers and let his thumb hover over the unblock button for a few short moments before clicking it.

A few messages came through from Harry, reading as follows:

Harry: Hello?

Harry: The park down the street from Blots, by the way.

Harry: If you decide to come, I'll be there from 9 AM until 2 PM.

Harry: Goodnight, Louis. Sweet dreams xx.

He checked the time and saw that it was only noon. Harry would still be at the park, and Niall wouldn't be home for another four hours. He sighed, knowing that the more time he spent thinking, the more time Harry spent waiting for him. And for some unknown reason, he cared. So he slipped on a pair of black flats and headed out the door.

When he got to the park he saw that it was pretty busy. He relaxed a bit as he wandered aimlessly, looking for the curly haired, doe-eyed boy he met so briefly before. He began to grin when he see Harry. He was crouched down next to a small blonde girl who had teary eyes and she was holding her knee. As he moved closer he can hear him comforting the girl with soft words.

"See, Lux, it's only a scratch!" The girl giggled and nodded as Harry wiped her tears.

'Attractive and good with kids?' Louis thought with a small smile.

"Louis," He was snapped out of his fond thoughts by a warm hug and a head of curls in his face,"You came!"

"Yeah, I did. But before anything I have a few questions for you." He nodded and Lou smiled.  'Here we go.'
