Once we were back at the house we talked about the most random of things; Books, mortals, the creepypasta's, and many other things.
Everytime I would show even a hint of being sad or upset he'd kiss my forehead and say "Remember, it was their fault for not talking it out like adults, not yours. They were acting like children.". I found myself smiling happily hearing him as he smiled back at me.
While the night went on, when everyone got back, we moved to Shadow's little house which the ground floor was built but the second floor was yet to be finished. We joked about how the house was half built for the night until morning, I fell asleep as we talked and I reckon Shadow did too because when I woke up the next night he was leaned on me with his arms wrapped protectively around me. He was so sweet, honest, and God his curly hair, it drove me insane~!
I found myself blushing softly as I watched him sleep. It was adorable and he looked so very peaceful. I dozed back off and about two hours later I woke up to Shadow petting my head as the TV was on.
I snuggled into Shadow giving a small groan as he chuckled and kissed my head.
"Good morning my witch~" He smiled.
"Morning Shadow Hunter." I laughed a little and kissed his cheek.
"Sleep well?"
"Mhm... You?"
"I did thanks to a beautiful girl by me."
I blushed lightly and laughed a bit laying my head against his shoulder. "You flatter me too much, Shadow..." I yawned softly.
"Maybe maybe not~" He joked.

A few days passed, I mostly stayed with Shadow and tried to keep my mind off everything. It was impossible to be sad around him. He always found some way to make me laugh.
We talked hours and hours on end for weeks. I loved him so much and there was no doubt he loved me just as much.
Sure, we had our disagreements sometimes but we always fixed them. Some days I'd find myself in tears from laughing at him because I was upset and he would joke right in the middle of the conversation then hug me.
He made me feel like despite everything that happened, despite the people leaving, things changing, and all of everything else, that I was going to be okay as long as I was near him. As long as I was holding him.

About a month later, still with the betrayal still fresh in my heart, Shadow patted my head. He had stayed with me non-stop. He comforted me when no one else could and simply did this by hugging or kissing me.
Today, I was in the kitchen making us lunch, while doing so, Shadow had snuck up behind me and wrapped his arms around me.
"Boo!"
I yelled softly and laughed leaning back into him. "Hello~" I giggled.
"Hey baby." He smiled and kissed my cheek. "How's it going?"
"pretty good... Lunch is almost finished." I smiled wider.
"I see. Well, I can't wait till it's finished~" He gave a small grin. I smiled back, once Lunch was finished I set the table and sat out our food on glass plates.
Once we were finished eating we talked for a bit until I began to talk about Hannon and Lizah, at which point he got up, went around the table, put his hands on both arms of the dining chair trapping me there.
"How many times do I have to tell you, it's THEIR fault for LEAVING YOU. Not yours. You have anxiety and if they won't take the time of day to understand that, then they're absolute idiots! You're beautiful, amazing, and such a sweet person, Sky. Don't let anyone tell you differently." He said before kissing me.
For a moment tears came to my eyes with his words but then I kissed him back and all the world seemed to fade away. He pulled away but didn't leave. I looked at him and smiled. "Thank you, Shadow... I love you." I kissed him again making the kiss deep.
He kissed back just as deeply and as it continued I pulled back slightly but despite me pulling away he leaned in closer luring me back into the kiss. As I continued I was forced to open my mouth to breath. I took breath after breath as he did the same.
Soon, I tilted my head and kissed him our mouths locking together like perfect fitting puzzle pieces. After a few minutes, I was drunk by the kiss and before I knew it I had finished exploring the wet crevasses of his mouth and he had just began on mine.
I found myself dazed by the feeling of his kiss. It was deep and passionate like I was a full time job he adored going to. He pulled away allowing me to breath as saliva connected out lips.
Noticing this he gave a small grin, I blushed deeply as I felt his hands lightly hold my sides. Soon, he was kissing the lining of my jaw. I took a deep breath biting my bottom lip as his lips caressed my neck.
I won't lie, my neck is so so sensitive I keep my hair short mainly so it won't touch my neck. Whenever even a strand of hair touches it I freak. Shadow didn't bother me badly however it just made the feeling so much... More... Amazing.
I took deeper breath the more he kissed until I was close to smothering. He had kissed all over my neck until I let out soft moans soon he gave me a hickey on my collarbone.
He pulled away and smiled at me. I smiled back kissing him once more before standing up and wrapping my arms around his neck. He hands quickly wrapping themselves around my waist. "I love you Shadow." I smiled happily.
"I love you too Sky" He replied kissing my nose as I giggled.
